Great location, unbelievable views of the ocean and beach. So much to do in the house for entertainment and in the general area.

Hair balls behind downstairs toilet and in common area . We had a guest one day in the walls scratching. Downstairs in walls around bathroom. Wasn’t a mouse, had to be huge rat or pack rat as was extremely noisy. Wouldn’t even stop when I knocked on the wall. Am only advising because I don’t want it chewing through any wiring because no one has informed you before Or this is the first incident. Loved our stay, thank you.

The location and comfortable furniture.

The upstairs carpet needed cleaning. The rug under the table is torn and catches on the chairs. It was a tripping hazard.

The house was in a perfect location for our family. The views were really nice! The house needs some updating, but it was comfortable for our stay! There us a small store on the corner with veggies, and anything else you may have missed. Also a Dollar General that had good deals on paper plates, napkins, etc.

The plumbing in the downstairs bathroom made some serious noise. The trash from the last occupants was never emptied from the outside garbage. The Vacasa contact kept saying they opened a ticket, but nothing ever happened. Then they said, "Can we help you further", but never helped us initially. The garbage was overflowing, and the crows got to it. The mess we had to pick up was very disgusting. When asked if we should take the garbage out to the street for garbage day (on Monday), there was no direct reply, except, "Let us know how we can be of further assistance"? Nothing was ever done. It was really frustrating. It seemed like an automated reply system? Very cold, and unconcerned. Our granddaughter left her prized stuffed animal behind. I asked if it had been found, and was repeatedly told, pay a nonrefundable $25 fee, and we will look, yet, even if it wasn't found, the fee must be paid. After nearly 30 minutes on the phone, still no resolution. Again, cold and robotic replies. Money above all else.
