Great location and easy check in. The apartment was stylish, clean and well equipped.
The water pressure in the showers was not very strong.

The location is absolutely fantastic - close enough to everything central, but just on the outside so it's not too noisy. Supermarket right across the road too. Everything was very clean. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed - even a big water filter in the fridge (much appreciated on hot Florence days).
Nothing really, we were happy.

Location was great. Very clean and had everything we needed (glassware, utensils, etc.). Spacious apartment.
AC did not work in one of the bedrooms. Very warm in the bathroom area and no fans. Showers need repair.
