נדרשנו לשלם בנוסף על השימוש במצעים ושמיכות וזה לא כלול במחיר ששילמנו בעת ההזמנה. כמו כן הדירה מסווגת כגם בעלת נוף ובפועל קיבלנו דירה עם נוף לחנייה. בנוסף לא היה בדירה שום סבון לא סבון ידיים / גוף למקלחת, ולא סבון כלים עבור המטבח. אמנם יש מכונת קפה וקומקום בדירה אך לא היה קפה/תה/קפסולות

Fantastyczne miejsce! Na dzień przed przyjazdem dostaliśmy bardzo miłą wiadomość - otrzymamy większy apartament, bez dodatkowych opłat:) I rzeczywiście mieszkanie było olbrzymie - dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki, pokój dzienny z rozkładaną kanapą, kuchnia i duży balkon z pięknym widokiem na góry. W apartamencie było wszystko, czego potrzeba. Do tego czysto a wszystkie sprzęty były najwyższej jakości. Przed budynkiem znajduje się duży parking, miejsca są przypisane do apartamentów, więc nie ma potrzeby rezerwacji. Codziennie do godz. 16 można zamówić pieczywo, które rano czeka przy recepcji. Wszystkie płatności oraz właśnie zamawianie chleba i bułek odbywa się za pomocą aplikacji, wystarczy zeskanować kod QR, który znajduje się w pokoju.

Il n’y avait pas de personnel physiquement. Tout se fait donc par mail. Cela devrait être expliqué dans la description et non pas simplement par un mot sur le comptoir de la réception Pour moi, le lit est trop ferme (mais c’est mon point de vue) et des peignoirs pourrait être mis a disposition (éventuellement sur demande) Pas de vue pour les appartement en rdc c’est dommage mais pas négatif pour autant (surtout que c’est parce qu’il y a des arbres devant et ça c’est la nature)

Krásny a priestranný apartmán

Veľmi krásny apartmán, priestranný, kompletne vybavený. Okolie je nádherne, s krásnymi výhľadmi.

Okolo okien sa nachádzali pavučiny. Pri rezervácii by bolo fajn vedieť, o aký apartmán ide, rozloženie a vybavenie izieb, lebo fotky bolo takmer rovnaké pro viacerých apartmánoch.

Schön groß aber hallt leider im Dachgeschoss. Sauna echt klein aber ganz nett. Die Betten hatten leider Plastiktopper, furchtbares Klima zum Schlafen, lieber mal in gute Matratzen investeren!

- nagyon szép helyen - tágas, új ingatlan - felvonó közel - tiszta - szauna

- nem közvetlen pályaszállás (gyerekkel kocsiba kell ülni, de ezt tudtuk) - köntös, törülköző a szaunához - apróság, de só hiánya a konyhában

Otrzymaliśmy b.duży apartament-bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny- z apartamentu przepiękny widok z okna na góry, wszystkie formalności zrobiliśmy on-line - pobyt bezproblemowy 😊

Mogłaby być jeszcze narciarnia albo udostępnienie pomieszczenie do serwisu nart - na najbliższy wyciąg trzeba te 200 m podjechać samochodem- ale to nie problem ⛷️podejście na nogach jest krótsze ale trochę uciążliwe

Krásné okolí, perfektní vybavení ubytování.

Když v kalkulaci ceny vidíte za úklid 5.000 Kč, očekáváte, že bude opravdu uklizeno. Lustr v ložnici byl úplně obalený prachem, stejně tak na zemi bylo dost prachu a prostěradlo na posteli bylo flekaté. Při prvním vkročení do apartmánu nás neuvítala zrovna vůně, spíše takový nepříjemný zatuchlý pach.

إطلالات رائعة وغرف واسعة وبيت عطلات متكامل.

الإطلالة فوق الوصف و جميع الغرف بإطلالات بانورامية رائعة. الصالة واسعة جداً ويوجد حمام في كل غرفة. الأجواء عليلة حتى في الصيف ،خصوصاً فترة الصباح. متوفر مصعد و تسجيل الدخول كان سهل والتواصل مع الملاك كان مثالي وواضح. شامل البطاقة الصيفية والقرى المجاورة مليئة بالفعاليات.

موقع الفندق فوق الجبل وبالتالي الطريق جبلي و قد يجد البعض صعوبة في طلوعه. الأرضيات كانت بحاجة لنظافة أكثر.

Very relaxing stay. Spacious apartment, perfectly clean. Short walking distance to the slopes. Dryers for the ski boots for everybody provided.

Only one toilet paper upon arrival, bakery doesnt offer sweet - croissants etc, but still nice to have..

Great place, approx. 200m to the Hofi I cable car. You can reach the apartment on skis. Perfect heated ski room, skis can also be left in a closed building outside the accommodation. Smaller, but very nice wellness center - the possibility to cool off in the snow is great. We used the option of fresh bread delivery.

The door handle falling out of the entrance door of our apartment. Sometimes an unpleasant smell from the shower, in the apartment and in the wellness area.

Great lodge.

There was 4 of us and we had plenty of room and everything was cosy. We used the sauna and ski room.

fantastic apartments, fully equipped with quality material (both kitchen (Miele) and bathrooms, and incl good quality Kitchen utensils and decent cutlery/glasses. Large balcony, great sauna accommodation. it was very much appreciated we were allowed to check in earlier.

minor comment: the fireplace in the apartment was not working (which did not really bother us - we mentioned at reception upon check out) bread service: great to have a bread service available; in our opinion quality could be better for people wondering: Ski in is possible (when crossing the parking at the skilift on foot), In the morning it is a short but steep climb uphill (we took the car to the skilift instead)

The apartment is huge and very suitable for larger groups. Also the SPA is very nice and spacious. We'd come again, if we wanted to go in that region.

beautifully furnished apartment, great view, nice sun terrace with swing, heated ski lockers. Very nice and modern!!!

For such a accommodation I would expect a basic hygiene kit/ hand soap, shampoo ... and changing towels every 3 days. Es well as some cost-free coffee capsules and some tea filters... Such a little attention means a lot and gives value to the accommodation itself.
