Slightly spartan accommodation in beautiful surroundings

The surroundings are just awesome, it is worth the longer drive uphill. The building itself it is a little bit old and worn from inside, but it is clean. Staff is nice, breakfast is ok, nothing special.

There was some moldy smell in the stairway and less observable, but in the room, too. Also I guess there was a christmas break before we arrived, but the room was unheated, and it did not warm up properly in two days.

This place is really amazing, ve enjoyed the time there. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with comfortable bed and wonderful wiev of Dachstein. We enjoyed breakfast and also homemade dinner. I hope we will come back again.

View from roam had been fantastic. Owners were very welcoming make us feel familiar. Kids had a lot of animals around house to pet.

Some of equipment was outdated ( but all equipment looks same like it is on pictures) so I don’t want to meant this as complain just point out

Owner Cordula was very friendly and helpful. It had a good view to the valley and was possible to see sunset. Liked animals. Good place to go with children. Breakfast was very good. Enough place for clothes to hang.

Superb

Fantastic place! Beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony, great homecooked meals in the evenings, big swimmingpool, and close to different mountain-lifts, making it a great base for daily mountainwalks. The owners were extremely nice and welcoming! The place were surrounded by different animals, to the great pleasure for the kids. We go to Austria every year, and we will definitely come back and stay here again!

good choice for weekend mountain escape

Cozy and good-furnitured rooms with very hospitable hosts. 10 minutes drive from ski resort Hauser Kaibling. Excellent scenery and mountain landscape. We met New Year outside with all the guests and the owner who grilled meat and made gluhwein. Our room was equipped with romantic electric fireplace.

Hot dishes not served for breakfast.

Gorgeous surroundings

The room was spacious, the shower was great, the view was gorgeous. The vicinity is beautiful.

The service was lacking, breakfast was ok, but there were plenty of flies walking all over the food. I got bitten by a fly, I never knew that flies do that. The staff did not really take care of our wellbeing. And on Monday evening we wanted to have a drink and socialize but the guestroom was locked and dark.

Very good location, amazing view.

The location is amazing. The view is super good and it's very quite and calm. You can do many beautiful hikes from the Berggasthof as a start point. I would definitely come back. The bathroom was huge. Comfy bed!! The breakfast had many variety. Our dog was very welcome:-)

In this modern times, I missed a socket next to my bed. Our balcony showed only the entrance of the Gasthof, but it was good to air our shoes. Either way, if you need a view just get out of the room :-)

Very good

The view is simply amazing, and even more so lying at the garden; this gives you a constant feeling of peace and relax. The hosts are super nice and helpful. Very good value for money. The dinner was homemade.

It is a very dog friendly location, which is not bad itself, but if you are bothered by dog smell/hair you should take it into account. One of the beds was super squeaky, to the point that it made difficult sleeping on it. It would be useful to have a microwave or kettle at the room.

Pleasant stay, very nice hosts

Hosts are very nice people. Accomodation is very nice, calm, clean and there are beautiful views from rooms to the valley. We felt there like at home. Breakfasts are very good. You can also order some food and drinks for dinner. We had delicious burgers and beer. There is beautiful nature around. You can see horses, cows, dogs, cats. Hosts speak English very well. They are still so positive and willing. Thanks to them our stay was really pleasant. We would definitely recommend this accomodation to everyone.

Spitzen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis :)

Der Gasthof war sehr nett eingerichtet und für 2 Personen war wirklich mehr als genug Platz. Uns wurde sogar ein Shuttle hin und retour angeboten, was bei dem Besucheraufkommen wirklich Gold wert war. Beim Frühstück gab es alles was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Die Chefin und ihre Tochter sind außerdem wirklich mega nett. Für Kinder gibt es auch Ponies und Pferde zum Streicheln :) Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir den wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir können es auf jeden Fall zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Schöne Lage, Zimmer nett aber kalt, Shuttle spitze, Personal top

Die Lage am Peterberg ist sehr idyllisch. Zwar etwa 20 Minuten von Schladming aber schön gelegen am Berg mitten im Schnee. Während im Schladming kein Schnee lag, hatten wir dort Winterfeeling. Den Shuttleservice der Familie haben wir sehr genossen.

Es war zu kalt am Zimmer trotz laufendem Heizkörper. Der Boden war eisig. Hausschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Das Fenster zog leider. Im Stockbett neben dem Fenster war es unangenehm kalt.

Pěkné ubytování pro nenáročné mimo dosah civilizace

Pěkné místo nad údolím v slepé ulici, proto na místě klid. Rodinné ubytování. Snídaně v ceně pobytu byly pěkné, všeho dostatek, dobré. Voda v koupelně teplá. Milí majitelé.

Čekal jsem z recenzí více, starší a ne moc pěkné vybavení, pokoj s výhledem do svahu, při příjezdu zima v pokoji, ale ubytovatel dal ochotně další elektrický přímotop. K objednané večeři byly špagety, popravdě, na dovolené bych si dal něco jiného, ale nebylo na výběr. Ceny nápojů vyšší než v restauraci při výletu. Myslím si, že cena kompletního pobytu neodpovídá tomu, co člověk dostane.

A nyugalom szigete csodás kilátással.

Gyönyörű helyen van. Szerpentinen lehet elérni a vendégházat. Lélegzetelállító az odaút. A szálló régi de nagyon hangulatos, ízlésesen berendezett és tiszta. Az ágy kényelmes, kaptunk plusz plédeket. Kint 2-3 fok volt éjszaka, de a radiátor és a villanyos fűtő test bőven befűtötte a szobát. A személyzet maximálisan kedves. A reggeli bőséges, folyamatosan pótolták ami elfogyott. A táj lenyűgöző. Az udvarban vannak lovak, kecskék.

Az emeletes ágy két ágyból volt összerakva egymásra de csak egyik lábánál volt összefogatva, ez kicsit félelmetes volt.

Ein faszinierender Ort und unglaublich herzliche Gastgeber

Eigentlich nur als kurzen Zwischenstopp gebucht, hatten wir traumhaft schöne Tage auf dem Schwaigerhof. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die herzliche Art der beiden Gastgeberinnen. Wir fühlten uns, als wären wir zu Hause bei einer Familie in Österreich.
