Great location and wellness

Second time we came and we knew what to expect. Very good wellness and spacious room, ski lift is next to hotel. Waiters are very nice , especially Hungarians , Croatians and a guy from Texas. All super nice and helpful.

As I remembered last time food wasn’t any special and same at this time, it’s not bad but nothing special. We got used to getting better food in Tirol for the same price.

The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed and spacious. Stunning views if your room is at the front of the hotel too. The staff were outstanding- friendly, helpful with impressive English. The spa facilities were phenomenal - some of the best in the world - multiple saunas, pools and relaxation rooms but be warned many are for naked use only. I would also rate their breakfast buffet as world class. Incredible selection but also everything was super fresh and constantly being replenished. If that wasn’t enough they also have a free cake buffet daily 3-5pm and a free cheese buffet in the evenings.

Radno vrijeme welnessa je do 20h. Ukoliko se zadržite na stazi nakon skijanja na piću, nemate baš puno vremena za iskoristiti spa. Do 21h bi bilo korektnije.

Ruhige Lage, schöner Wellnessbereich, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, Hotel schön und gemütlich , direkte Lage zum Lift

Über das Essen waren wir enttäuscht, hatten ein trockenes und zähes Rumpsteak bekommen , Salat am Nachmittag mit gebratenen Hühnerstreifen war fett und Salat langweilig. Die Menüs waren den Preis nicht gerecht, da sind wir anderes gewohnt.

מלון ספא מפנק ומושלם לחופשת סקי זוגית או משפחתית

מלון ספא מהמם! במיקום מעט מרוחק מהערים המרכזיות אבל זה גם החן שבו. ממוקם במעלי אחד ההרים הגבוהים עם אווירה נעימה, צוות חביב שתמיד שמח לעזור ונוף משגע. צמוד למלון יש רכבל ומסלול סקי לגולשים. במלון יש מתקני ספא מפנקים, עם מספר בריכות וג'קוזי מחוממים כשמסביבנו הכל מושלג. חווייה לכל החיים. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וחיכה לנו בכל בוקר שולחן שמוקצה לחדר שלנו. באחד הערבים היה ערב גבינות ונשנושים בבר המלון עם מוזיקה חיה ברקע. החדר עצמו מרווח, עם מקלחת שווה ומרפסת. בקיצור- חווייה מושלמת ובהחלט נרצה לחזור בעתיד. תודה לכל הצוות 🤍

Ich war wegen dem Wellness-Angebot dort. Es gibt zahlreiche Saunen und eine fantastische Sauna mit Panoramablick auf die Berge. Die Ruhezonen sind super bequem. Die anderen Gäste waren angenehme Gäste. Es gibt einen Outdoor-Pool zum Schwimmen, der kaum benutzt wurde, daher ein guter Tipp für Schwimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal sehr bemüht und nett. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Umgebung - innerhalb 40 - 60 Minuten Fahrzeit - gibt es ausgezeichnete Wandermöglichkeiten mit Rundtouren jeglicher Länge. Die Hausbar ist sehr gemütlich und lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen inkl. Live-Musik ein.

Zur Verbesserung des Angebots möchte ich zwei Punkte anführen: 1. Das Gesamtbild wurde kurz durch den Besuch einer Dame mit Hund im Wellness-Bereich gestört. Das geht leider gar nicht. Dauerte aber auch nicht lange an. 2. Die Saunen haben maximal 75 Grad. Zumindest eine Sauna sollte 85 - 90 Grad haben.

fantastische faciliteiten, erg goed eten en een bijzonder fijne locatie met een hoop zinvolle activiteiten voor kinderen.

Alle gezinnen met kinderen worden bij elkaar geplaatst in het restaurant aan een voor iedereen vaste tafel, waardoor het erg rumoerig en onrustig is.

Entspannender Aufenthalt in schönem Ambiente

Yogaraum, Yogalehrerin, Frühstück, Zimmer, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter - einfach alles, außer nächste Punkte

Mangelnde Flexibilität beim Buchen (wollte direkt beim Hotel buchen - war nicht möglich einen halbwegs dem Preis der Booking Buchung entsprechenden Preis zu erhalten - obwohl das Hotel bei der durchgeführten Buchung über Booking 15-20% abliefern muss. Dies wusste der Herr, der das Telefonat führte nicht einmal) Konfusion bei der Buchung mit Hund: Telefon. Auskunft: Hund darf mit zum Essen. Beim Abendessen: darf doch nicht mit, aber beim Frühstück möglich. Beim Frühstück: nun doch wieder nicht, da Hochzeit in der Orangerie. Dann haben wir einfach gefrühstückt, was dazu führte, dass Chefin kam und uns mit Vehemenz mitten beim Frühstück umsetzen wollte, da Orangerie doch frei. Dafür beim Zahlen auf Hund vergessen, wir haben aber darauf hingewiesen und für Hund bezahlt (obwohl für was? Eigenes Bett, eigene Futterschüssel, nicht zum Essen mit)

Tolle Lage, umfangreicher vielfältiger Wellnessbereich, wir hatten ein fantastisches Zimmer mit Blick auf Ennstal und Dachstein, gute Ausstattung im Zimmer inklusive Wanderrucksack, gute Betten. Frühstück: sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gutes Restaurant essen .

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr groß aber sehr unübersichtlich und die vielen einzelnen Häuschen auf mehreren Etagen sind teilweise sehr kompliziert zu erreichen. Ein neues Leitsystem würde dem Hotel gut tun.

Jederzeit wieder!

Der Spa-Bereich, das fantastische Essensangebot, die Lage bzw. der Ausblick. Als „Kunde der zweiten Wahl“ habe ich mich trotz meiner Buchung über Booking nicht gefühlt bzw. habe ich dies nicht zu spüren bekommen. Insgesamt ging es im Hotel ruhig und entspannt zu (Ende Mai, Nebensaison). Zu den Essenszeiten hatte ich den Spa-Bereich vor allem am Abend überwiegend für mich alleine. Das Freizeitangebot ist sowohl innerhalb des Hotels als auch außerhalb wirklich sehr umfangreich, langweilig wird es nicht.

Der Spa-Bereich könnte länger geöffnet haben, zum Beispiel von 10 Uhr bis 22 Uhr. Gegebenenfalls könnte man sich ab 20 Uhr ja dann auf zum Beispiel die Panoramasauna und einen der zahlreichen Pools beschränken. Außerdem könnten die Saunahandtücher größer sein. Die sind nämlich so klein, dass man sich als durchschnittliche Person nicht drauflegen, sondern nur draufsetzen kann (vielleicht ist das auch so gewünscht?).

Am Anreisetag hatte eine Dame an der Rezeption Dienst, die uns gleich mal erklärt hat das wir einige Leistungen nicht dabei haben weil wir ja über Booking gebucht haben!!! Fand ich nicht sehr kompetent….
