Me and my family were not satisfied at all…

There was a very bad smell around the hotel and we couldn’t breathe outside. The room was really hot at the first, there was no AC and we couldn’t open the windows because of the horrible smell of outside. The staff were nice and kind and helpful as possible but the hotel manager was really rude, I contacted him to find a solution for the room problem and he treated me very badly. And also the hotel facilities stated that there was a heated pool, but the water was the coldest possible, and when we asked, they said there is only cold water. I don’t want to talk about how the pool and water was dirty !

The staff was not available upon our arrival in the afternoon. There wasn't staff available in the morning too to accept the payment and check out. Had to call the owner to remind the staff to come to work...

Pension Not a Hotel

The owner, was so nice.

Scary, being the hotel not attended by Reciptionest and security at night and all time. The owner gave us the key to open and lock entrance. Such things must be addressed to anyone makes a reservation. Rooms are facing back yard or front building, there are no rooms facing the main road.

Kurzer Skiurlaub zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit

Die Nähe zur Gondelstation ist perfekt. Parkplätze ausreichend verfügbar. Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Angebot. Buffet Abendessen geschmacklich gut. Ev. wäre anstelle der verfügbaren zwei Mahlzeiten eine Dritte wünschenswert.

Top Lage für Skifahrer! Essen & Sauberkeit könnten besser sein!

Die Lage zur Talstation Hauser-Kaibling ist super! Generell, passendes Haus, aber die Sauberkeit im Appartment war leider nicht ausreichend! Handtücher wurden ebenfalls nicht gewechselt!

Die Lebensmittel beim Frühstück bitte auf‘s Ablaufdatum überprüfen! Nach Rückfrage wurden die Lebensmittel durch „neue“ ersetzt!

Pensjonat z atmosferą

Poprawny pensjonat z bardzo miłą obsługą praktycznie obok stacji kolejki Hauser Kaibling, ale nieco z dala od turystycznego Schladming. Śniadanie oceniam na przyzwoite, trochę mały wybór produktów, żadnych słodkości, ale dobra kawa. Dwa dni da się przeżyć, potem może stać się nudno. Możliwość wykupienia kolacji, ale moim zdaniem za drogo. Ceny w barze też niemałe. Przy minimum dwóch noclegach otrzymuje się Schladming Sommer Card, która pozwala sporo zaoszczędzić na okolicznych atrakcjach.

Jedyną rzeczą, jakiej mi brakowało był minibar w pokoju, czyli mini-lodówka, czajnik, herbata, woda mineralna. Pokój nie ma klimatyzacji, a okna lepiej nie otwierać, gdyż przez większość czasu po okolicy unosi się upojny zapach gnojowicy rozlewanej regularnie po łąkach, ale trzeba przyznać, że trawę mają tam cudownie zieloną.

Könnte angenehm sein dort zu Nächtigen wenn's normal läuft

Gute Lage, einfach erreichbar. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der Infrastruktur grosszügige Entschädigung durch den Besitzer.

2 Tage kein Warmwasser im Haus. War nicht einfach zu korrigieren.
