Nice and welcoming staff. Late evening soup is a great advantage for late arrivals. Excellent and delicious food. The place is very quite and secure. Very receptive when you have a problem or miss anything. Water is absolutely clean, we had a very pleasant experience. Murat helped us to get 2 beautiful tours which we enjoyed a lot. Alanya is a very special place and beautiful part of Turkey. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful location, and staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had continual problems with our air conditioning, making it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Also, some of the guests seemed to think they were at an adults only hotel and felt that 10:00 am was too early for children to laugh and play.

The resort has a gorgeous beach and a really nice outdoors area.

First of all, non existent internet connection in the rooms. Turns out there is only 10 mb per second internet speed in the rooms, and even this connection constantly gets lost. Impossible to work or make even the basic video calls. We were promised to fix it, but it was never fixed. Totally ruined our stay there Food - below average. Repetitive. I was getting better food in a metallurgical factory buffet. Extremely limited fruits options Soft drinks - felt like the cheapest ones they found in the entire Turkey. They felt like cheap supermarket drinks from the 90s. Coffee is also cheap and low quality. The bed in the room was not a queen bed, it was two small beds put together with one mattress, had quite a big gap in the middle.
