Zwembad is iets te klein voor zo een hotel, de kamers kunnen schoner.

The staff were very helpful and responded quickly whenever we needed assistance. Great service — well done and keep it up! The room cleaning was excellent, and our cleaner was very friendly and polite. The food was outstanding — all the dishes were well above our expectations. Many thanks to the chef and the kitchen team! The animation team also did a great job and performed their duties 100%. Well done!

The staff did their best, I feel that the hotel itself struggles to handle the number of guests. This often creates very long queues — for food, lifts, ice cream, specific dishes or drinks. Sometimes the queues also lead to disagreements between guests, which unfortunately happened to me as well. During meals, the staff sometimes make you feel like they are watching and waiting for you to finish. If you haven't even finished eating, the plate can be taken away immediately, which feels a little uncomfortable. The sound insulation in the room could also be improved. We were given a very nice room, but the balcony door seemed to need some adjustment as it did not provide good sound insulation. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. I noticed that there was no trap (siphon) under the sink, which may be the reason for the smell. Finally, the Wi-Fi was very poor. I expected this to some extent, but it could definitely be improved.

If someone like meat , its ok but food is not too much variable. Good access to bus station and good location for shopping. hairdresser is so much professional.

Hotel is not 5 star , accommodation is not good, the hotel didn’t have disco , for everything we must stand in line , its not clean hotel special in area , hotel didn’t have enough place but too much people were in hotel . we arrived in hotel kl 5 am , and manager said they couldn’t stay in lobby until kl 14 , after I became angry bcoz I know rules of all inclusive, they apologize about this bad behavior, so also not good welcome hotel. Its had a bad beach, most of the bed near beach its not in good condition. Hotel in lobby, elevator is too much warm. Do not use spa and massage in hotel , its not professional, but hairdresser is so much professional.
