Green Garden Resort & Spa Hotel

Hyvä ruoka ja kaikki tarvittavat palvelut sijaitsivat resortin alueella. Lastenallas oli katettu ja kuntosali oli erinomainen! Siivoojat (huoneet/allasalue/ruokailut) olivat erittäin ahkeria ja pitivät hyvää huolta siisteydestä.

Pääosin kaikki meni hyvin, mutta joissain tilanteissa asiakaspalvelussa olisi ollut parantamisen varaa, jotta asiakaskokemus olisi ollut täydellinen. Huonekuvaus ei kaikilta osin vastannut huoneen varustelua (keittiövälineet puuttuivat).

Every year we are returning to this hotel, it is our favourite ❤️ all the personal is doing their best. Guest relations - Aleksandra is the best 🙌 There is a lot to do in the hotel, this year the food was even better than before. Also, there is a new cocktail list, which was a good addition to the beverages and drinks)) we will definitely come back again, with our friends and relatives ☺️

The first night went very badly, because the room was situated just behind the lift. Fortunately, this problem was solved on the next morning for additional fee, we changed to sea view room.

staff very good,very friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant. Spacious double room. Clean large restaurant, good pool. All round clean place and good room service staff. Some of food was good. Drinks very good. Coffee machine very good. Evening meal food at the main restaurant was good, very good salads and deserts. A shame that food later on when restaurant semi closed hardly had anything, not even a sandwich.

shower gel, shampoo & towels in the room very poor,had to buy these myself on day two. Hot food for breaksfast wasnt enough choice. Some days the snack bars didnt have a good choice apart from burgers and mincemeat kebabs. Then the day after there would be nice chicken kebabs and better meat, The sun loungers where packed together, beach towels far to small and quite old. The hotel was very very busy therefore the pool areas could not accommodate, pool staff should stop guests from putting towels out early in the morning, by 9.30am 80% of the loungers had towels on with nobody sat on them, clearly they had never been there at all. The tv in the room had hardly any choice in english. Main reason I didnt score my stay very high even though there where some very good points about green garden is because the price i paid was ridiculously high for what i got, it wasnt good value. From speaking to other guests from europe and russian areas they got a far better price deal than me.
