La localisation la propriété personnelle très gentil et surtout la nourriture au top

L’ascenseur qui est toujours occupé La climatisation n’est pas centralisée dans les chambres et presque inexistante dans les parties communes

Superbe hôtel au delà de ce que j’imaginais Le personnel au top, les chambres spacieuses (la suite familiale nous a été proposée en place des deux chambres que nous avions réservés, pour pouvoir loger avec nos enfants) Repas variés et très bon Merci !

Great location, the food was great with a lot of choices for all-inclusive concept it was great for family and big groups. They had their own beach and a lot of sea activities were available. The pools and atmosphere were amazing.

The duplex were very small in space for family, the saves in the rooms are not for free.

It was clean and pleasant but a bit basic for a 5* hotel. I liked the location, easy access to the beach, well designed layout. The staff were friendly. I only stayed there two nights but slept there well. The food was nice.

Im my opinion it doesn’t meet the standards of a 5* hotel. To start with, you have to pay 2 euros a day for a if you want to put your valuable belongings in a safe in your room…this is free of charge in most hotels, especially 5* hotels. The alcohol wasn’t good and was not served at the beach. At the beach there was only washed out beer and soft fizzy drinks. There is a bar at the beach that does not belong to the hotel so theoretically you could buy yourself a nice drink…but that’s not the point of being at all inclusive holidays. That was disappointing. I don’t drink alcohol myself but my partner does and since this short break was my treat, I felt obliged to buy a drink for my partner. There was no soap in a bathroom to wash my hands with, there were other toiletries ie shower gel. This was not a show stopper but c’mon, this is a 5* hotel!
