The hotel was very pleasent an the staff is really friendly. Front office manager Salih and his team and Restaurant supervisor Osman and his team were amazing. Eylem from mini club was friendly and entertaining to both us and to kids. She was one of the highlights of our holiday in the hotel. Higly recommended.

I hotel is not a 4 star. The hotel is clean at some areas but not others. The room cleaning I think was mostly unacceptable. Clean towels only every 3 days! Which even still I had to ask for. I also don’t think they mopped or hoovered our floor either. The best food was breakfast or snack time food. And all inclusive drinks is wine, beer, vodka or gin. Even though I haven’t gave the best review here the some of the staff were amazing and tried to do what they could for you and mostly with a smile. I feel like I shouldn’t be complaining too much as for the price I paid you probably get what you pay for. For me paying the extra at bigger hotels will be the way forward. Alanya city is a very nice place and some restaurants around were amazing. Bed and breakfast could also be a better option at this hotel if price is right.
