No need to go again..

Management was helpful during morning time. Room is large enough.

The price is expensive comparing quality received. It is far from Hamburg airport , if it is late especially not easy to reach there with public transport . I dont like no reception - no service during night system , you feel yourselves alone and there is no one to say "ı need a blanket or to say why the heating system does ot work". No fridge, No air condition, no room additional accessories ...Only basic equipment.

There was no water heater. No body wash, and the smell of the bathroom was not really good. I think it's because they use only very little floor soap during the mopping.

Very happy that we chose this Hotel

Everything was outstanding, including breakfast. Very helpful staff, comfortable room, nice interior design. In addition there was ample parking space. Easy check in and check out. Very good safety measures.

Et dejligt familiehotel, hvor gæsten er i centrum, tæt på offentlig transport.

Et dejligt hyggeligt familiehotel med få hundrede meter til banegården med S Bahn direkte til Hamburg Hovedbanegård. Jeg kommer bestemt tilbage hertil.

Die Lage war super Ziemlich im Zentrum Nahe am Bahnhof Leckere Restaurants in der Nähe

Der duschschlauch war ziemlich kurz mit 1.80 hat man Probleme zu duschen Sonntags kommt keine Zimmer Dame das heißt keine frischen Handtücher und Wc Papier

Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad. Beleuchtung im Bad. Das ganze Hotel, insbesondere das Zimmer hat sehr, sehr unangenehm gerochen. Beschreibung. modrig, muffig, abgestanden. Wie früher in Kneipen.

Ein gutes Frühstück, sehr ruhiges Hotel und Umgebung, die S Bahn 3 Minuten zu Fuß, alles sauber, zweckmäßig und komfortabel. Ich bevorzuge eher härtere Matratzen, aber das kann man jedem nicht recht machen, wir haben dennoch gut geschlafen.

Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Zimmer nur über Treppe erreichbar. Zimmer hat etwas muffig gerochen. Beim Fernseher war öfter das Bild und der Ton weg.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer sauber und Betten gut. Frühstück ausreichend, aber ohne Besonderheiten. Allerdings war die Teeauswahl vielfältig. Der Restauranttip, der im Zimmer auslag, war ausgezeichnet. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Leider kein Fahrstuhl. Ist mit Gepäck nicht so toll. Das Bad ist veraltet, es gibt kein Duschgel und keine entsprechende Halterung. Die Programme im TV sind nicht geordnet.

Düstere Beleuchtung im Badezimmer Viel Abgepacktes beim Frühstück. Ein Rührei oder Spiegelei zum Frühstück wäre schön gewesen.
