Great location for pinneberg station if you want to visit Hamburg and other places. Very clean rooms, and the staff were great.

It would have been a 10/10 if there was a safe and kettle in the room. Glad they were able to provide an iron on request. No ironing board, but we managed.

The staff were friendly but I was not impressed with the facilities.

The premises was clean

No phone in the room for emergency. No water. I was wet walking from my room to the reception No after hours service.I even ran out of toilet roll and had to buy one. The towels were not changed until my last day stay. Roomevwas not cleaned throughout my stay

Das Personal war nett und hat sein möglichstes versucht. leider kann ich nicht mehr positives schreiben.

Die Zimmer waren Dreckig und zum Teil verschimmelt. Es hingen massig Spinnenweben an der Decke der Boden war mit den Zehennägel der vorherigen Gäste besäht. Wir verlangten den ersten Zimmerwechsel. Das Personal "checkte" das Zimmer vorher. Angekommen war neben dem Bett ein riesiger Schimmel fleck. auch sonnst war es genauso wenig sauber. Wir verlangten einen weiteren zimmer wechsel. Das Zimmer war ein wenig "sauberer" und ohne Schimmel. Dafür war die Dusche verstopft, was aber auch dann repariert wurde.

Nähe zum Bahnhof Pinneberg, großes Zimmer nach hinten, ebenerdige Dusche, gutes Bett.

Die Heizung war nur auf höchster Stufe warm genug und hat einige Stunden gebraucht, bis sie die Temperatur erreicht hat. Der Abflussstopfen im Waschbecken konnte nicht hochgeschoben werden, so dass das Wasser nicht automatisch ablief. Ein Mann vom Personal war sehr freundlich, der andere wirkte wenig freundlich. Im Spiegel am Waschbecken kann man sich schlecht sehen, weil die Beleuchtung hinter dem Rücken oben angebracht ist. Insgesamt waren das zu viele Mängel, um von einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu sprechen.

Aufenthalt war als ausreichend zu bewerten.

Ich bin schon älter und mir hat gefallen, dass das das Zimmer Parterre war und der Frühstücksraum in der Nähe war.

Das Frühstück hatte keine Margarine und das Obst war leider nicht Frisch.

Beim nächste Mal in Pinneberg würde ich ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Die Lage zur Innenstadt war gut, das Bad schien recht neu zu sein und war funktional ausgestattet.

Das Personal vor Ort war - in einem Fall unfreundlich und - im anderen Fall weder des Deutschen noch des Englischen mächtig, die Dame konnte bei Fragen also überhaupt nicht helfen. Außerdem hatte ich noch nie so ein Theater, um an eine ordentliche Rechnung zu kommen. :-(

Sehr laut, vor allem auf dem Hinterhof... Dusche verstopft, Mitarbeiterin hat uns kaum verstanden und das Problem wurde nicht vernünftig gelöst. Vollkommen überteuert, Zimmer genauso wie das Frühstück.

Die Zimmer sind relativ gut ausgestattet und renoviert.

Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von 173 € für ein Deluxe-Doppelzimmer inklusive Frühstück: harte Aufbackbrötchen, kaum Auswahl an Aufschnitt und Käse, kein Naturjoghurt fürs Müsli.
