Good stay for 1 night while road trip.

It was a good stay and the price was quite reasonable. We had a balcony as well.

Lovely room, reasonable pricing

Our room was very clean, we arrived during a heat wave and there was working fan in the corner. The bathroom is shared but it's kept very clean and never smelt bad. Shower was really nice too. 20 minute walk from the train station and near two grocery stores.

Overall cleanliness was great, maybe just some dusting by the window sill and a microwave inside the bedroom as opposed to a communal microwave would be a better choice so others staying the hotel don't hear someone heating up their food after a night out.

I recommend, great to visit Hamburg and other surrounding cities

Everything was good, as expected. I saw some negative reviews here on booking but I believe that those were mostly people who expect a 5 star hotel for the price. Location, cleanliness, facilities, price, personnel - everything great.

The pillows could be a little bit more comfortable but they were ok.

What i didn't like was the fact that the TV have cable , but the only programs that were working were just some channels whit TV sales. So you can't relax in the room watching tv, if you don't have you own laptop to watch tv on it

Very nice hotel!

Very nice hotel, tidy and in a good location. We commuted to Hamburg every day without any problem in 30min by car and in the evening there were many restaurants nearby as well as opportunities for a nice walk! The owner was very friendly, communication was excellent, we even could checkin using a code due a later arrival (after the reception was closed). Parking along the streat easily to be found.

The staff were nice and easy to reach. Good parking and location.

The hotel in general is dirty. The showers and sinks were dirty and moldy. The rooms didn't look clean or the balcony. The linen and towels were clean and it's the only reason we stayed.

I payed for breakfast but it was not provided, even though it was possible to book it via booking.com. I guess there is no comunication betwen hotel and booking.com
