Very friendly hotel with great value for money and easy access to public transportation

Great value at a decent location - easily reachable by frequent bus or by walking 20 minutes to suburban train station. Ample parking is also available. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was simply finished with a desk, a TV and a chair and some shelves. Staff was very attentive. Contrary to what was advertised there was a free WIFI access avaIlable.

I didn't have a problem with any of this, but I would mention the following for consideration: there was no breakfast. A bakery and a grocery store is about a 15 minute walk. The sanitary facilities while being fully functional, were a little dated. Getting into and out of the shower might be a bit challenging for elderly persons. Also, I noticed that when the sun shone on my room during the day, it got a little warm and I opened a window, while I was in the room. During the summer this might be more of an issue.

Das das Hotel etwas abseits gelegen ist.

Das Zimmer war nicht wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben.Laut Bildern hätte die Dusche eine feste Umrandung gehabt ,leider haben wir nur einen alten und verschmutzten Duschvorhang vorgefunden, in den Fugen war Schimmel,due Duschwanne hatte einen großen nicht entfernbaren Fleck,die Toilettenbrille war defekt,Keine Handtücher wie beschrieben und Zimmerservice gab es den ganzen Aufenthalt keinen.An der Rezeption hat man ausser bei der Ankunft niemanden angetroffen um dies zu melden. Sonst in allem war der Aufenthalt akzeptabel.

Wir waren vom 14.–17. November 2025 in diesem Hotel zu Gast und wurden leider stark enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war in einem Zustand, der weder hygienisch noch sicher akzeptabel war. Die wichtigsten Probleme im Überblick: – Duschwanne stark verschmutzt mit einem großen kreisförmigen Fleck – offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. – Defekte Duschhalterung, die Brause konnte nicht befestigt werden. – Toilettensitz war lose und wackelte gefährlich hin und her – Verletzungsgefahr! – Steckdosen ohne Abdeckungen, was mit Kindern absolut unverantwortlich ist. – Teppichboden verschmutzt und fleckig, sehr ungepflegt. – Hinter dem Bett lag eine leere Flasche eines vorherigen Gastes – die Reinigung scheint nur oberflächlich stattgefunden zu haben. – Fleck an der Tapete, was zusätzlich ein schlechtes Gesamtbild ergibt. Für eine Familie mit Kindern war der Zustand des Zimmers schlicht unzumutbar. Sicherheit und Sauberkeit sind hier offenbar keine Priorität. Wir haben eine Preisreduzierung gefordert, da der Aufenthalt diesen Preis keinesfalls gerechtfertigt hat. Leider können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Für den Preis kann man keinen Luxus erwarten aber Hygiene sollte das Minimum sein.

Gar nichts

Die Einfahrt ist schlecht zu finden und hat sehr tiefe Schlaglöcher. Aufenthalt nur zu empfehlen wenn man einen Geländewagen hat. Durch das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter hat man sich nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt und die angepriesene Ausstattung war nicht vorhanden. Die Bilder haben nichts mit dem zu tun wie unser Zimmer ausgesehen hat. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und unhygienisch, außerdem war das Zimmer ziemlich staubig und hat unangenehm gerochen. Generelle kann nicht von einem Hotelfeeling die Rede sein.

Es hätte besser sein können

Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig gelegen, es hatte ein Bett und ein kleines Badezimmer, Check in und Check out war auch gut über ein Schlüssel Kasten, Restaurants waren in der Nähe mit dem Auto 5-10 Minuten

Die Unterkunft war leider sehr schwer zu finden erstrecht im Dunkeln! (Dunkelblauer Banner im Dunkeln… nicht so schlau)haben über 30 Minuten gebraucht um es zu finden. Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick ganz in Ordnung, sauber jedoch leider nicht so ganz. Die Wände waren wollte Spinnweben und kleine Spinnen tot und lebendig! Für die die eine Phobie haben wie ich, war es schrecklich! Die Fenster kann man leider nur ganz auf machen nicht auf Kipp. Es war demnach sehr stickig im Raum

Es ist günstig und sauber. Man hat alles was man braucht im Zimmer. Pinnberg ist auch nett. ÖV-Verbindung zu Hamburg ist prima. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Für eine Durchgangsnacht erträglich, aber Schimmel geht garnicht!

Das Schlafzimmer war hübsch und neu eingerichtet.

Schimmel im Bad und das nicht erst seit kurzem. Der Geruch furchtbar. Aber auch kein Wunder, wenn die Fenster nicht zum Öffnen sind und keinerlei anderer Möglichkeit zum Lüften besteht. Statt Malerarbeiten außen sollte so etwas als erstes behoben und langfristig geklärt werden. Wird demnächst gewiss auch in den anderen Raum zum schlafen ziehen🙈

Das Objekt ist von außen ziemlich runtergekommen. Überraschenderweise war das Zimmer relativ frisch und modern möbliert. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür - unbewacht

Ausschilderung zur Einfahrt ist irreführend,weil das Hotel selbst nicht als Hotel erkennbar ist, selbst wenn man dran vorbei fährt. Gibt wohl auch Zimmer mit Gemeinschafts WC? Entrée sehr düster und lieblos. Hat vermutlich schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.
