Incredible location, close to the most popular attractions, extremely close to the water taxi station, beautiful renovated bathroom, one of a kind terrace.

The stairs are insane. Do not stay here if you have a 50lb suitcase like I did (ideally just don’t even bring such a large bag to Italy to begin with. But if you’re dumb enough to ignore the warnings like I was, don’t stay here. If you’re overweight and out of shape or old also don’t stay here. The stairs are no joke. But if you don’t bring endless luggage and can handle climbing, you MUST book this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice. The apartment has an excellent location right in the heart of Venice, very close to a vaporetto stop and Piazza San Marco. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the terrace is truly amazing — a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Venice. The apartment is on the top floor, so there are quite a few stairs, which can be a little inconvenient with large suitcases. As it is an attic apartment, taller guests should also keep this in mind. The owner is exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. He was always responsive and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Venice. Stoyan Stoev Bulgaria

Great location and the rooftop terrace was a real highlight

I’m tall and there’s no head room constantly hitting my head on the ceiling. You’re in the roof of the building so the aircon is quite ineffective. So many stairs if you have lots of luggage like we did and they weren’t mentioned Before hand
