As others have commented, the roof top terrace was a great escape from the hustle of the city…great for morning coffee and evening vino! Well equipped to meet needs. Incredibly responsive host. Very easy self check in process. AC worked great for us on very hot July days. Coming back to a cool apartment mid-day was a treat. Great location. TIP: take the Vaperetto to Rialto stop on arrival, it’s very close to the apartment with no stairs till you get inside! We lugged our bags across the the island from the train station, up and over many bridges, then climbed the stairs! We had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Things we knew: lots of stairs! No hand rails inside the narrow staircase. The low beams could be a challenge. BUT we knew about these when we booked. Just know this is not a spot for the faint at heart! But it is lovely!

Great location and the rooftop terrace was a real highlight

I’m tall and there’s no head room constantly hitting my head on the ceiling. You’re in the roof of the building so the aircon is quite ineffective. So many stairs if you have lots of luggage like we did and they weren’t mentioned Before hand
