Room was very spacious and comfortable, beautiful design as well!

Parking lot and some sidewalks were not shoveled and salted, had to be very cautious moving around, however this was an issue for the whole “plaza” not just the hotel.

Friendly staff but should improve our how you deal with inadequate stays

If you are going to a concert at red rocks it is a short drive away. Friendly staff. Cool merchandise...

There was a powercut before we arrived at the hotel which meant we could not check in because the hotel systems were down. We had to get changed by torch light in the living area for the concert nearby and could not drink because there was a chance we still could not check in after the concert if power was not back and would have to find another hotel... All the kitchens were also closed. Why was there no back up generator and/or mobile back up check in service? Compensation was verbally agreed (we couldnt check in until midnight for a one night stay, couldnt get ready for the concert in our 250 USD room, or get any food) but repeated emails and messages have been ignored which has led me to writing this review. Its not your fault there was a power cut, but there is a responsibility to compensate if the hotel experience is significantly negatively impacted by it/

Great stay

Fun hotel near red rocks. Staff was very personable. Bar and nightlife before and after red rocks concert was a lot of fun. Bartenders make excellent drinks. Food was excellent. Front desk staff nice and very accommodating. Will return when traveling in the area.

Great property, well worth the money if attending a show at Red Rocks!

Breakfast was great! Server was fantastic and the price was reasonable for this property in THIS location. I expected much worse but was pleasantly surprised.

The ONLY thing that was frustrating was the Nespresso machine in the room. These machines are complicated in that they are so simple. There is only ONE button and a locking lever. There was no instructions, so I wasn't sure how to get the machine to brew. Looked it up online. Frustrating when early a.m. and the brain is not working!!! And....the coffee pods were limited to 2 options, neither of which I prefer.

Great Location for Red Rocks.

It was a great location for Red Rocks. The hotel had a bus service to take you to and from Red Rocks. The bar and restaurant were both excellent. Free parking is always a plus.

Our room had the door for the ability to have adjoining rooms, not sure if this contributed to the amount of noise we heard from the room next to ours.

Grounds were dirty, garbage all around front entry to hotel, outdoor game area could be nice but was dirty with beat up looking furniture, no hot water first day and night due to a broken water heater, our room was next to gym so we had loud banging at all hours of the morning and night from people dropping weights on the floor. For the price of this hotel, it should have been way more put together.

Great location, very high cost without a luxury feel.

Location was the key factor. Enjoyed the restaurant for lunch.

Bathroom door was so heavy I couldn’t move it to close it, most uncomfortable for privacy in the bathroom. Also could not take a bath because there was no stopper in the tub. No access to internet service , no tv service to unwind before sleeping.

Rooms are disappointing, not worth the money. No room service available, and we were told about it only after we requested for one. Even upon requesting, they said they cant clean rooms (or give us clean towels) because they need 24 hrs of prior notification. They did not tell us about this even at check-in, which they said they had forgotten. Restaurant service is super slow and food is below average. I wouldnt stay again in the hotel.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Quiet area. Only stayed one night so did not explore much around us, but good choices for food close by.

Location was a bit farther from Golden than I am used to. Daughter lives there and it was not easy to go back and forth as I usually stay closer to downtown. It was only one night so it was doable.

Fantastic hotel stay.

We loved this hotel and the location to Red rocks!! We also loved the shuttle bus service to Red Rocks. We did not have to drive anywhere once we got to the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Bed were comfortable and amenities were spot on. The staff was great and friendly when we checked into the hotel, but when we checked out the front desk staff did not smile and acted like they hated their jobs. Other than that this hotel is the way to go when you visit Red Rocks and go to a comcert.
