Hotel showing age, but staff was friendly and accommodating.

Location was great, staff was super nice and friendly and willing to solve problems.

We requested 1 room to be bottom floor on booking.com but were given a room on the top floor for that person. Another room was dirty and had a broken TV. Went to the front desk and requested a new room and they were happy to provide. Overall the hotel seemed old with lots of dents, dings and stains around the rooms and property. This is an expectation with a budget friendly hotel, but not a Marriott.

Must join their club to use wi-fi without $15 per day fee. Impossible to log on even then. Television stations didn't line up with the station selected. No microwave in room. No hot tub on site. Way overpriced. Staff unable to help with anything. Food and beverage costs unreasonably high.

Water in rooms smelled moldy. Restaurant was order by app only - a joke of a menu. Bar open 5pm to 10pm. Hotel dated 80/90’s look. No microwave in room, advertised as restaurant and bar on site - 1/4 true. Front desk staff useless other than David who was helpful. Not up to Marriott Standards.

Hotel was really nice. Bed was real comfy.

They double charged me! I got there on the 15th and they said I was supposed to be there the day before. I didn't think I had messed up the dates but they found me a room anyways. I found the email that I received from both Bookings.com and from Marriott Denver West and it showed I was scheduled for the 15th thru 16th. I showed a guy at the deck, the morning I was checking out, the email and told him I saw two charges on my Credit Card from my bank. One was for the original booking of $166.15 and one for the new booking on the day I got there for $212.55. The clerk said there's nothing he can do about it, he said if I wanted to come back later to talk to his supervisor they could help me. I was heading out of town and couldn't wait. I'm not very happy with this whole situation. Hopefully you can help get this mixup taken care of. We got a real small room on top of it.

Loved complimentary infused water in lobby, as it was so hot. Also the 2 pools, especially the outdoor one - with trees around, nice setting. Also liked one young man on reception. He was always friendly and helpful. Location was good for mountain and city attractions and Wholefoods nearby great for food.

No complimentary coffee on lobby. Getting on the wi-fi for free was a real pain. It should have been easier like cheaper places make possible. I felt I paid a lot for the room given things like having to work and ask at lobby to understand how to get free WiFi!!

Except for food and transportation, it was adequate for my short stay.

The location was perfect for my trip. The room and facilities and services were very good.

Hotel did not provide a shuttle service to the airport. The Uber charges were in excess of $ 125.00. The food availability was almost non existant. The $ 23.00 breakfast, which closed at 9:00am, was a was a complete waste of time & money. There are no lunch options and forget about dinner.
