The indoor pool was great could have used a hot tub next to it, and there should be restrictions on kids after a certain time so that adults can use the pool

The One-bedroom suite had a good size and was perfect for our family of four. We were able to check-in early, which worked much better with our plans for the day. The breakfast was great with scrambled eggs and sausage among many available items.
The sofa bed was OK for our daughters, but wouldn't be comfortable enough for adults. Despite the great breakfast options, only soft paper plates and plastic utensils were provided. It downgraded the experience, is bad for the environment and just a cheap offering.

The breakfast was good; location was good; and the fitness center was good.
The person at the front desk, a young gentleman did not know what he was doing. He could not find our reservation- it was prepaid; he told us to swipe our card twice upon arriving which resulted in erroneous charge he couldn’t explain. (We had to wait until the manager arrived the next morning), he assigned us a first floor room and verbally told us to go to the elevators and take them to floor four. We had to clarify with another person. The room was out dated but the bathroom along the tile was simply dirty. A quick wash with a washcloth would fix the problem. Also the rooms were not bright enough, we had to use our phone for lighting.
