We had a great stay in a fantastic apartment. Everything provided and the host goes above and beyond for you to have a great stay. You have fantastic views

The apartment was immaculately clean, the location perfect. On site parking in Newquay is a bonus. Faultless. Will definitely be booking again. I see no negatives.

A little banging from the apartment upstairs, but that's not these owners' faults of course. But had to say it unfortunately.

The location was good, a short walk to the centre of Newquay. The property was clean.

Not major issues, but some gripes. There were not enough toilet rolls for a family of 4 for a week. Only 2 toilet rolls per toilet - there are 2 toilets in the property. We could not find any spares and had to purchase more. There was only 1 tea towel for the whole week, and we could not find any spares, that was an inconvenience. The TV was a basic one, with not a very good picture, and it was not a smart tv, so could not watch netflix or youtube which was not good. I suppose we have been spoiled by other properties that we have stayed in, where it had been provided by the hosts. The property was very hot, although we did find a fan - but it didn't have much effect. We had a problem with the boiler when we first got there, but read the instructions and got it working. Hosts were prompt in replying to text messages. The neighbours above were very noisy, moving furniture about at 1.00 am in the morning. Although the kitchen had lots of utensils, no pizza cutter!
