This four-storey coastal townhouse forms part of a luxurious gated development just metres from the golden sands of Porth Beach. Perfectly suited for families and groups of friends seeking an unforgettable escape to North Cornwall, the property offers a front-row seat to days of coastal walking, surfing, and seaside relaxation. Nearby, a narrow wooden footbridge leads across to Porth Island (0.5 miles) – a headland steeped in history, where a blowhole sends rainbow sprays of water skyward at mid-tide. Dramatic sunrises and powerful Atlantic storms make Porth Island a year-round spectacle. The South West Coast Path sits just over 300 metres away, offering scenic walking routes to Watergate Bay (2 miles) and onto Mawgan Porth (4 miles). In the opposite direction, Newquay’s vibrant town centre and world-famous surfing beaches can be reached within 2.5 miles.
The main living space occupies the first floor as an open-plan sitting room, dining area, and kitchen. A large L-shaped sofa faces a Smart TV, and patio doors lead onto a balcony with distant sea views. The dining table seats eight, and the modern kitchen features everything needed for a self-catered stay, including a breakfast bar with stools. On the second floor, the master bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, a single pull-out bed for one additional guest, a Smart TV, and doors onto a private sea-view balcony. Its en-suite shower room has a walk-in rainfall shower and WC. The second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed and a Smart TV, with its own en-suite shower room featuring a walk-in rainfall shower and WC. Down on the ground floor, two further bedrooms – both with super-king-size zip-and-link beds and Smart TVs – share a family bathroom with a bath, a separate shower, and a WC. One of these bedrooms has doors opening onto a private patio, and all four bedrooms can be configured as twin rooms on request. The lower-ground floor houses a games room with table tennis, a dartboard, an Xbox with all the gaming essentials, and a separate utility room for taking care of holiday laundry.
The rear garden has an artificial lawn with a large dining table seating eight, plus an additional sofa seating area beneath a parasol. Accessible from one of the ground-floor bedrooms, a separate patio provides further seating. A private hot tub sits beneath a modern pergola, alongside a hot outdoor shower for rinsing away the sand after beach days. To the front, a garden area is shared with other guests in the development. There is private driveway parking for two cars – note that the driveway is steep.
