It is a lovely large bright apartment that is well furnished. The showers both had very good pressure. The finish is neat throughout. It is very well located for exploring Cornwall and for walking around Newquay.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet von einem Induktionsherd in der Kücheninsel bis zum Weinkühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Backofen war alles in sehr guter Qualität vorhanden. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Den kurzen Weg zum Strand Tolcane Beach und zu zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften fanden wir ebenfalls prima.

We loved our stay at 33 Cliff Edge in Newquay. The flat was super big, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

We loved the flat’s size and comfort—it was perfect for our stay. However, the cleanliness was a significant issue. The floors were very dirty, with sticky residue from a cleaning attempt. In the bedroom with two beds, the bedding had stains that appeared to be blood. Thankfully, we were able to find some extra clean bedding. Reporting the issue was tricky, as the two guests in the second room arrived a few days after check-in, and Skyes requires cleaning issues to be reported within 24 hours, which wasn’t possible. Creating an account to submit a complaint was required, but the code provided didn’t work, and responses on Booking.com are slow. Disappointing, because we really loved the flat, but we hope this feedback is taken constructively. We would consider staying again if the cleaning issues are addressed :)

Location was excellent, having a sea view would have been better but the price does reflect what’s offered. Space and quality were amazing.

Floor was not very clean, felt like our socks were doing the cleaning as the week went on. Phase 2 not being complete meant a building site view on two of the three balcony’s but having three was not expected anyway.
