The apartment can sleep six people in three double bedrooms, one of which is zip/link and can be twin on request, and one of these has en-suite facilities, as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the apartment is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a utility. To the outside is off road parking for one car and a front enclosed patio garden with furniture. Situated in a stunning location, Saltwater will make a great coastal holiday at any time of the year.
Amenities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, filter coffee machine. 4 x TV's (3 Smart) with Freeview,and complimentary Netflix on main Smart Television and one with DVD player, Sonos Soundbar, Super-Fast Fibre Wi-Fi installed. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car as all guests have easy access and use of the marked parking space provided, in
the front of the development. Sorry, no pets and no smoking, no BBQ's, no candles. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Excellent Green travel connections with Train and Bus stops less than four minutes walk away. Cornwall's Airport is less than a fifteen minutes drive away. Please note that this property does not supply toddler and baby equipment, you will need to bring your own.
