This wonderful property is located in Newquay, Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The Space:
We’d like to kindly inform our guests that from 12th September 2026, the property will become strictly pet-free.Please rest assured that existing bookings which include pets will still be honoured as planned.However, we will no longer be able to accept any new reservations that include pets. Please note: this property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights - short breaks during School Summer Holidays cannot be accommodated. 5 Ocean Heights is a beautiful property located in Newquay, Cornwall and benefits from its coastal location. Boasting three bedrooms comprising one double, one King-size with en-suite facilities and one twin, as well as a bathroom, 5 Ocean Heights can sleep 6 people. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Please note: This property doesn't have any facilities for infants. Sorry, no pets. Located in a stunning part of England, 5 Ocean Heights is the perfect family holiday destination!
The Neighborhood:
Newquay boasts three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports paradise. There is also a zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is plenty of walking opportunities among hidden coves and along endless beaches.Visit the fishing village of Padstow 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets can be reached within 45 minutes.

Great property everything you could want. Ideal location for teenagers and dog friendly.
Watch out for building works though we had a demolition in progress very noisy every morning.. If your looking for peace and quiet proberly not for you.
