Great little break and lovely house!

Nice house, clean and tidy, well equipped, comfy beds. Loved the wood pellet stove. Would definitely use this house again.

Found quite a few pet hairs down the back of the sofa bed when making it up- made me a bit snuffly as I’m allergic, a minor complaint though! House didn’t smell of dog or anything though.

Probably the most wholesome experience I've ever had

You immediately feel at home in this place. The house is fully equipped and has many personalized touches. The hosts are super responsive and answered any questions I had. The pellet fireplace was awesome.

Absolutely amazing little place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It really was a home from home, plus a few extras! Great communication from Louise with early arrival times. The house was exceptionally clean and really well furnished. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, toiletries and a welcome pack of snacks & treats. Everything you needed, from plentiful plugs and chargers, Bluetooth sound system, wood pellet fire and Freeview TV. Small but well laid out garden with an access gate to a grassy path, perfect for late night dog walks. Little summerhouse with tumble dryer and clothes drying racks, plus a whirligig and pegs… ideal after our swimming adventures! All in all a perfect little place, just a shame we were only staying for one night.

Great 3 day break in Aviemore and surrounding areas.

The location was perfect and only around a 10 minute walk to the centre of Aviemore via the lit path. The facilities were perfect and the beds were comfortable.

An excellent AirBnB experience.

Very modern, very clean and comfortable AirBnB with parking. Plenty of space including a lovely little courtyard and summerhouse for an added chill out area. Lots of thoughtful extras like tea/coffee/milk and butter and handy tomato sauce for kids!! All cleaning stuff supplied, even a robovac and great quality toiletries in the bathroom. Lots of games and toys for children of all ages even teenagers. Situated in a quiet estate at the end of the main street in Aviemore so not far from anywhere. We were a family of two adults and children aged 13, 10 and 3. Unfortunately we were only staying for 2 nights but would definitely want to stay here again... Well done to the hosts for making it so welcoming!!

A smooth and delightful stay

Attention to detail. Everything is in its place, clean, cute and convenient. The property gives ideas on how to arrange things in your own home with minimal clutter and maximum convenience. Plenty of connection points is a highlight. The hostess was generous with checkin and checkout times. The property is within walkable distance of the town centre, but still tucked away in a tranquil neighbourhood.

There were two separate showers which is a big plus, but only one WC. We were two separate families, stayed for only one night so could manage. For longer stay this could be a factor. For a single family, it may not matter :)

We LOVE staying here! It is so warm, so comfortable and above standard amenities (lots of snacks, GHD hair tools, loads of towels). Incredible value for money. We’ve been back twice in Jan and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Home from home

The house was so clean and comfortable and so well equipped with all the essentials, the little touches like ice lollies in the freezer and some snacks left were so appreciated. Lovely soft bed linen and soft towels were a great too. Also only a 10 min walk into aviemore down a lovely country path. We wish we could of stayed longer

The property was very clean and excellently presented. It had such a homely feel, and had great facilities and even an Xbox and Lego for the kids! Well worth the money, will definitely visit again!

The house was lovely, really clean and spacious, we have stayed in Aviemore a few times and this is by far the best house we have stayed in. Lots of local walks for the dog and a nice 10 minute walk into town. Can't wait to go back.

Such a lovely place to stay. We walked in from a long, dark, cold drive to a lovely warm house. The accommodation was spotless, beds beautifully made up and everything looking immaculate. There was milk, cheese and butter in the fridge and some other welcoming food. The house is very well stocked with everything you could think of to make it an easy stay for us. Perfect for a family of four. We will definitely be back!
