Elegant and Sea View Excelsior Apartment

The apartment was very spacious and had all the necessities. The view from the small balconies was awesome. It was located in walking distance from both the train station as well as the village centre.

If I need to write something about what could be better: it is the interior. This could get a small update. For example the couch / pull-out sleeping bed for the kids. However this is nitpicking. It is a great place to stay around the Cinque Terre area. We'd book it again :)

The apartment is beautiful and is a perfect place to spend time in Levanto. It is just a ten minute walk uphill from the beach front. The pedestrian paths down to the town are safe and lit at night. The pools were lovely and clean with umbrellas and deck chairs to use. The pool is also a great place to meet the apartment residents and get to know them The apartment grounds are kept very well and were very beautiful. There are a few rules but nothing unusual and all very reasonable. We rented a car at Pisa airport and drove just over an hour to get to the apartment. Parking is free outside the apartment but is limited and tight. Views from the apartments are amazing and opening the shutters in the kitchen while making coffee is like an Italian dream.

There is very little not to like. Us Irish struggled with the heat and would like aircon but Cristina was very helpful and organised two standing fans for us.

Superbe appartement dans une très belle résidence. Calme, grand et confortable, magnifiquement décoré, le logement dispose d'une vue exceptionnelle sur Levanto et sur la mer. Les personnes de la réception sont disponibles et veillent à ce que tout se passe pour le mieux. Nous avons stationné notre véhicule devant la résidence sans aucun problème. L'accès au centre ville de Levanto prend dix minutes à pied en empruntant un escalier proche de la résidence. De même, il faut 10 minutes à pied pour aller à la gare ferroviaire. En bref, tout était parfait !

Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Bucht von Levanto sowie die Lage als erstes Städtchen vor Cinque Terre, was gut von Levanto aus per Bahn zu erreichen ist. Das Ehepaar, das sich um das Anwesen und die Wohnung kümmert, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Für zwei Personen bestens geeignet. Das Anwesen sehr schön.

Die Unterkunft ist am Berg und sollte nur gebucht werden, wenn man gut bergauf sowie viele Treppen (ins Städtchen) laufen kann. Das Bett müsste erneuert werden, es hat sehr geknarrt. Wir mussten viel lüften, da ansonsten ein muffiger Geruch vorherrschte.
