Pretty apartment with a fine view; great pool area with a stunning view over Levanto and the sea

Nicely furnished apartment in a pretty apartment building with a view over Levanto and the sea (shaded by pine trees), two small balconies. The master bedroom has a very good king-size bed, the living room has a pull-out couch with a low-standard mattress. The mattress in the tiny chamber next to the master bedroom is better, but the chamber does not have a window to the outside but to the master bedroom - it's a bit damp. There's a second bathroom (very small, with toilet and sink - for slim people only) connected to the master bedroom. I would recommend the apartment for a family but not for two couples. The kitchen is not equipped for ambitious cooking, but good enough for breakfast; and you're going to Italy, so you will probably go out for dinner anyway (don't miss the award-winning La Picea!). The pool area up on the hill directly behind the building is beautiful and was never crowded during our stay in early September. Walking distance to the next supermarket 10 min / train station 10 min / downtown Levanto 15 min / beach 15 min; the steep ascent and stairs on the way back up to apartment are a nice workout :))

Would have appreciated a better mattress in the pull-out bed and a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen (we bought a cutting board and left it there).

Exceptionally kind host, she gave us useful information about our stay in Levanto. Very nice appartement with two balconys. The kitchen has a modern hob und everything else that one needs. Tidy pool, everything as seen in the pictures.

The whole appartement building is tidy and well mentained, with flowers, lawns and great pool area. And with beautiful view over the Levanto city and bay. Spacius, nice and well equipped appartement - even games like chess and domino, etc. Christina is very service minded and helpful.

Très chouette séjour dans un appartement très bien placé avec vue sur la mer à cinq minutes à pied de la première plage. le Concierge était adorable.

Trouver une place pour le parking pour la semaine. Il n’est pas facile de trouver une place juste à côté de la résidence.

Licht und Schatten

Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Bucht von Levanto sowie die Lage als erstes Städtchen vor Cinque Terre, was gut von Levanto aus per Bahn zu erreichen ist. Das Ehepaar, das sich um das Anwesen und die Wohnung kümmert, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Für zwei Personen bestens geeignet. Das Anwesen sehr schön.

Die Unterkunft ist am Berg und sollte nur gebucht werden, wenn man gut bergauf sowie viele Treppen (ins Städtchen) laufen kann. Das Bett müsste erneuert werden, es hat sehr geknarrt. Wir mussten viel lüften, da ansonsten ein muffiger Geruch vorherrschte.

Comfortabel appartement op een fantastische locatie in Levanto

De locatie van de accommodatie was perfect. Op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum en het strand en op nog geen 10 minuten afstand van het treinstation. Levanto is een perfecte plek om van daar uit Cinque Terre te ontdekken. Ook een gezellig plaatsje om te eten of te genieten van een lekker wijntje in een van de gezellige wijnbarretjes. We hebben verschillende goede tips gekregen van de host over de omgeving. Het appartement is ruim en comfortabel met twee toiletten en twee balkonnetjes.

Wij verbleven hier half mei en hadden van tevoren al te horen gekregen dat het zwembad dan nog niet geopend is. Echter hadden wij niet gehoord dat we ook geen toegang hadden tot de tuin. Wij hadden verwacht dat we wel gewoon in de tuin konden zitten en vonden het jammer dat dit niet het geval was en ons dat van tevoren niet helemaal duidelijk was.
