10 minutes walk from Levanto station in a quiet residential area made it the perfect place to stay while visiting Cinque

A perfect family holiday apartment.

We had a perfect 11 day holiday here. This is a lovely characterful apartment and a good size for 4 of us - we had space to avoid each other when needed! Location: The location is great - it’s in a quieter area of town but still only 5 mins to the nearest shop and the best gelateria (essential with children!) and a relaxed 10 mins into the centre. We could easily walk to one part of the public beach in 4 mins but the best bits were still less than a 15 min stroll. We got the train from Pisa and the station is also close by - we used it loads to sightsee whilst there. Facilities: Everything we could have needed was there (except a bread knife!). It all felt very clean and well looked after. When we had a problem with the WiFi we were able to contact them easily to get it sorted. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of storage space to unpack into. The shutters meant everything was perfectly dark at night and (essentially) the air con was fantastic!

Perfect location in a cozy town

Big apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room. Nice to sit on a balcony in the mornings and evenings to enjoy the view over the area and a little bit of the sea. The AC was perfect for extremely hot summer days. The location was good since it was close to the beach and the city with the shops and restaurants. The area was quite. The owner was quick to help when we had some issues with WiFi. We’ve stayed for 8 nights and it was convenient to use the washing machine.

Some things needed to be fixed, I hope the owner will use my feedback for the improvements. The kids thought that their beds weren’t so comfortable but the adult bed was comfortable to sleep in.

We still had a wonderful time. Everyone we met was very nice

Location was good. Clean

Hot water was not turned on until second day when we asked. no extra towels, no hand soap, very little toilet paper. Bare minimum . No extra effort was made in the unit to make us feel welcome . Was told we would betaken to another close by parking facility if our car did not fit in the underground. He sent a friend to take us to a parking spot, on the street, far away, with no way to get back to our unit. Until I asked , he then went and got a vehicle to drive us back. Giovanni was very nice. He was just helping out the host. But when we needed to leave and pick up our car, the host was not helpful. Told us that they helped us because they were being kind, and had jobs of their own. Until I made it clear, we did not know where the car was parked, did not even have an address. Then he sent a map to get us to our car. Very frustrating

Great place to stay even though it was winter, we had a lovely time and a great bike ride to Framura

The property was lovely, the host gave great instructions to pick up the keys. The location was within walking distance to the train station, centre and beach, 5 - 10 mins.

Very nice stay, the apartment is very spacious and amazingly clean.

The location is excellent , you can walk everywhere and there is a parking space available for free. Our host gave us very helpful recommendations . The appartement is spacious, the bathroom very confortable , the mattresses as well. The property is clean, quiet and feels very safe

Exceptional

Levanto is a lovely town, less touristy and more real than the others nearby. The owner had great recommendations and the location is just perfect. The apartment itself is large and comfortable, with an elevator and balconies. Citrus trees, mountains and green yards around. It's a real neighborhood, butchered are stores and food options super close by. There is a parking space but we didn't use it and just walked everywhere.

The washing machine has a foot lever to open it,confused us at first and thought our clothes were stuck inside. Not even a real not like, just a surprise and a tip for future guests.

Adorable nice place with a few issues

Nice looking place with lots of balconies and a bit of a view. Good location.

Great location, charming and spacious apartment, well equipped. Minutes to beach, center of town, and train station. We actually liked Levanto better than the Cinque Terre towns.

Everything was great. It was hot during our stay, and it didn't cool down much at night. Since the apartment has no A/C a fan in each bedroom would have been wonderful.

Very comfortable appartment close to beach, city centre, station, grocey store!!

Very good location to stay: 200m from the beach and a small grocery store with delicious food. 300m from the centre with restaurants etc. and 5 minutes walk to the station to go to Cinque Terre. Very handy to have this nice appartment when you stay longer in this place. Also handy that parking place is available because parking is difficult and expensive.
