Quiet and comfortable

The location was quiet and close to the beach, the bed comfortable, and the hostess was kind and friendly. The studio was large, well-equipped and lit. Due to all of the awnings, the balcony was private.

When we booked it looked like we would get a proper apartment with a separate bedroom, but it was just a studio. It was very clean when we arrived, but the toilet and garbage bins were only emptied once during our week-long stay. A plug for the kitchen sink was not provided even though we asked for one, and the lights on the balcony didn't work. The temperature and air flow of the air conditioner were very difficult to adjust.

Apartment 4 is well-insulated, very spacious, and well-equipped, with a nice terrace. There are insect nets on almost all the windows. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment allows for a good night’s sleep. It is close to the beach, with nice taverns offering delicious and affordable food.

There was a slight smell in the bathroom, which might not have been cleaned properly even though it looked clean. There are cockroaches in the area, but the insect nets are helpful. I recommend that the owner avoid leaving the kitchen window open, as it has no net. When we arrived, that window was open, and at midnight, while I was looking for water, I encountered a cockroach, took a picture but no time to

Perfect for getting a taste of life in Chania.

A very pleasant property, recently fully renovated. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and quiet, located in a peaceful neighborhood. Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the historic old town, which was very convenient. There is no dedicated parking — you have to park on the street depending on availability. Friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable apartment close to the beach, town, and amenities. Everything was within walking distance, including the bus station. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Eleni Apartment, I can highly recommend it.

Comfortable, Quite apartment for two people 10 minutes from old town

Peaceful location but only 10 minutes from Old Town. Host, Kostas always available and very friendly. Good size apartment, with lounge/kitchen, shower room and good sized bedroom with comfy bed. Solar hot water could be boosted on cloudy days. Access very easy via phone call to host. Washing Machine very handy allowed us to travel light with minimal luggage (although the machine had a mind of its own on fast spin!) Bakery and supermarket nearby.

The hostess was not around to ask questions. We saw her when we arrived, and when we paid for the apartment. Those were the only time. She was also evasive when we asked her if she lived there or where would we get a hold of her. She said "I am around here all the time." But she was not

A few minutes from the beach. Also from local shops and tavernas. The private courtyard was lovely even though I didn't use it. The apartment was very well equipped, had I decided to do self catering. Was very impressed.

OK for two nights any longer we would of found alterative room or hotel.

The property was nothing like it appeared on the photos, very small balcony with no view to shout about. No kettle only a camping stove provided with a small pot that made one cup at a time lighter or matches required by yourself if not a smoker. Quite a long distance from the bus station if you have cases 7 euros taxi fare, and in our opinion too far away from the old harbor to enjoy a night out by walking, although there are good restaurants nearby. Thankfully we were only there for two nights.

We had a wonderful 3 weeks stay.

Very close to beach and restaurants. Walk in distance to Chania Old Town. Shady small garden with good seats. Spacy apartment, especially the bathroom with a lot of space to put your toiletries. Even two big things to put your towels to dry. Kostas is quick in answering your questions by WhatsApp. Roula is very kind, social and nearby.

Offcourse there are some small things to improve but considering the pricesegment is not worth to mention.
