It's close to the beach and a good walking distance to the port.
Very quiet and great value for money.
There was a problem with hot water but the host resolved it very fast.

Location was good.
Unpleasant smell (cat litter tray) from the adjoining room, through the unsealed part of the bathroom/laundry.
