Owners are an elderly mother and a son and they are amazing! We booked the stay just few hours before arriving and gentleman was waiting for us at 3am! His mother left a jar of homemade jam for us in the fridge, so nice gesture! They are very nice and are the best part of our stay!

Maybe others wouldn’t like the location, but we rented a car so everything was reachable.

Javili smo domaćinima da nam je let kasno u noć i on nas je čekao u 2 ujutru da nas uputi u sobu i objasni detalje. Lokacija savršena, blizu je plaža za jutarnje umivanje, blizu je je šetalište sa restoranima i a stari grad je na 20 minuta. U blizini su i marketi, pekara i odličan fast food (preko puta bukvalno) U junu nije bilo puno teško naći parking za rent a car posle plaže. Slike na bookingu su lošije nego što smeštaj izgleda u stvarnosti. Prostrana soba (mi smo imali studio u prizemlju) sa velikom terasom. Nameštaju vam sobu svaki dan. Ima fen, ima pegla. Odlično nam je došao suncobran koji dobijete na korišćenje sve vreme boravka. Porodica vodi sve i uvek su tu za šta vam god zatreba, Sve preporuke i mislim da je odličan odnos cene i kvaliteta.

Fantastic apartment! I was met by Alexandros around 1am after my flight was delayed. There was no issue checking in so late, and communication was brilliant. There was a bottle of water and some delicious homemade jam in the fridge on arrival too. I met Maria the next day, and she was as welcoming as all the reviews state. I knew that if I had an issue I could have contacted her for help. She is a simply wonderful host. The spacious apartment was brilliantly well thought-out, and had everything I needed - well-stocked kitchen, a parasol for the beach, beach towels, lovely toiletries, and it was all very clean. The bathroom and shower were great. There were ceiling fans as well as air-conditioning, and I had a lovely big balcony too. The location is amazing - less than a minute's walk from Nea Chora beach and the tavernas (and the stunning sunsets), with a number of supermarkets and bakeries even closer. 20 minutes walk from the Venetian Harbour and Old Town. 25 minutes walk from a lovely big beach with calm, shallow waters (Golden Beach - I recommend this one over Nea Chora which can get very crowded). 25 minutes by road from Chania Airport. I can't wait to come back to stay again, and thoroughly recommend staying here if you are visiting Chania!
