La propreté, le Check in facile. Accès sécuritaire. Les communications avec l’hôte excellentes. La localisation est super… à 1 minute (1 coin de rue ) du Tran 18 et des Bus . En plus Métro à 8 minutes de marche… et si on prend le Tram 28, la station est à 1 minute de marche!!! Le confort en général, très tranquille comme quartier et bloc .

On fermant les portes d’entres du bloc on entend une sorte de retour d’air au niveau de notre porte d’entrée de l’appartement

L'emplacement et les commerces à proximité sont vraiment un point fort pour cet appartement. La taille de l'appartement est aussi idéale et les transports sont très proches
Dommage que l'ascenseur n'a pas fonctionné du tout pendant notre séjour. Il manque des tasses à café. Il y a juste pour l'expresso. La propreté de l'appartement était correcte.

Eine sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zur Straßenbahn 100m. Supermarkt auch gleich in der Nähe. Viertel mit viel Altstadt Charme, überall kleine Gaststätten. Wir würden wieder buchen. Leider war der Fahrstuhl defekt. Mit Gepäck ist das für den 3. Stock nicht so schön.
