Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement plutôt grand avec une mignonne petit terrasse aménagée. La décoration très très sympa avec plein de plantes nous a fait nous sentir comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec la personne qui nous a accueilli au moment de notre arrivée pour ajuster au mieux l’horaire. Bien situé à 5 min à pied de bus et tram. Un autre bus juste en bas mais que nous n’avons pas pris. Petite alimentation au coin de la rue et restau et supérette à 5-10 min à pied. Appartement au calme de jour comme de nuit. Et la climatisation très appréciée dans la pièce à vivre, ventilo efficaces dans les chambres.
Un peu plus de vaisselle auraient été super.

Appartamento con due camere, terrazza, sala/zona pranzo, bagno con vasca.
Molto ben accessoriato, zona tranquilla a 5 min a piedi dal famoso tram 28.
Molto comodo per raggiungere il centro.
Panetteria sotto casa.
Ascensore, wifi.
Lavatrice e lavastoviglie (quest'ultima sporca e non ben funzionante).
Molte piante verdi nella casa.
Sono presenti ventilatori e alcuni piccoli caloriferi portatili.
Molto umido in caso di pioggia, dalle pareti gronda acqua sul pavimento.
Riscaldamento (1 solo condizionatore presente in tutta la casa nella zona pranzo) non funzionante, siamo stati avvisati solo al nostro arrivo da chi ci ha consegnato le chiavi. Necessità di sistemazione.
Mancano asciugamani e strofinacci in cucina (vengono forniti teli doccia e salviettine 15x15 cm, non abbiamo capito se a Lisbona utilizzano quelle per il viso e le mani 😅).
Lavastoviglie sporca e non ben funzionante.
Alcuni accessori della casa sporchi, andrebbero lavati (mobili della cucina appiccicosi, centrotavola, tappeti, alcune coperte sono macchiate).
