Appartamento con due camere, terrazza, sala/zona pranzo, bagno con vasca. Molto ben accessoriato, zona tranquilla a 5 min a piedi dal famoso tram 28. Molto comodo per raggiungere il centro. Panetteria sotto casa. Ascensore, wifi. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie (quest'ultima sporca e non ben funzionante). Molte piante verdi nella casa. Sono presenti ventilatori e alcuni piccoli caloriferi portatili.
Molto umido in caso di pioggia, dalle pareti gronda acqua sul pavimento. Riscaldamento (1 solo condizionatore presente in tutta la casa nella zona pranzo) non funzionante, siamo stati avvisati solo al nostro arrivo da chi ci ha consegnato le chiavi. Necessità di sistemazione. Mancano asciugamani e strofinacci in cucina (vengono forniti teli doccia e salviettine 15x15 cm, non abbiamo capito se a Lisbona utilizzano quelle per il viso e le mani 😅). Lavastoviglie sporca e non ben funzionante. Alcuni accessori della casa sporchi, andrebbero lavati (mobili della cucina appiccicosi, centrotavola, tappeti, alcune coperte sono macchiate).

Die Betten waren überdurchschnittlich bequem und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Man hatte tatsächlich das Gefühl dort zu wohnen. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ein zweites Handtuch in der Küche wäre praktisch gewesen :) wir hätten aber sicherlich eins bekommen, wenn wir danach gefragt hätten.
