Kleine Oase, gemütlich mit schönen Platz um draußen zu sitzen. Zu ist man Fuß nach 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Restaurants , Straßenbahn, Bus alles in der Nähe. Ein wirklich hübscher Rückzugsort.
Das Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße. Geräusche sind unvermeidbar.

La posizione è eccellente: tranquilla e silenziosa, ma all'interno di un quartiere estremamente servito e vicino sia alla fermata del bus 712 che a quella del Tram 28E. La proprietaria Susana è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, oltre che di supporto per la prenotazione di navette/taxi per l'aeroporto.
Due Consigli: un impianto di climatizzazione, perché la freschezza della struttura seminterrata poco può contro il caldo africano; svecchiare la zona giorno e l'esterno.

Nous avons adorés l’accueil ainsi que le logement ! Il était spacieux et un vrai coup de cœur pour la terrasse ! Il est situé dans le quartier Graca qui est magnifique et à proximité de la ville ! Merci encore !
Pourquoi pas rajouter un transat sur la terrasse ça serait l’idéal !

Le quartier était parfait. Le logement est équipé de l'essentiel.
Le BRUIT !! le logement se trouve en sous sol et on entend tout ce qui se passe au dessus. Sur 8 nuit il n'y a en qu'une seule ou je n'ai pas été ennuyée par le bruit quand le logement au dessus était vide .. réveillé plusieurs fois par nuits 🥴. Dans la chambre pas de véritable fenêtres et une odeur d'humidité. Je pense que le logement est cher par rapport à ses prestations.
