Mas Mougins, near Cannes, very bright with quality fittings

Absolutely fantastic. The hosts are so nice and helpful. The house is great clean and spacious, as well the pool.The garden is quiet with a lot of olives trees.Enchanting stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here in Mougins. The villa is just on the outskirts of Cannes in a wonderful area with great access to at A8 which runs along the coast so very easy to get everywhere for days out. There is a very nice restaurant about 15 mins walk away, that also has Padel courts. We just got an Uber there and back which was very quick too. There's also the main area of Mougins which is another 6 mins Uber drive away with several excellent restaurants and is just stunning with amazing views over the mountains. The villa has a great pool and is well equipped, we loved using the table tennis and pool toys, as well as the exercise bike. The aircon works really well and each room has there own shower so no issues with sharing there. There are also several good supermarkets nearby and there is a little shop selling wines, sandwiches and croissants, etc a 5 min walk away. We did a few days out, like taking the train from Cannes to Monaco and doing a days boat trip on a catamaran. Just one point to note is that due to the villas proximity to the A8 and the road that runs into Mougins, there is a bit of traffic noise but that gets quickly tuned out and it didn't affect our stay.

Spent an amazing week at Cote d’Azure. House was fantastic with great sized pool, sun loungers, garden space and outdoor dining. The kitchen facilities were perfect with everything you could possibly think of, the full size fridge with ice maker being a particular treat.The children enjoyed the countless board games provided and the outdoor table tennis was the absolute favourite with moveable sun canopy for much needed shade.The hosts were first class with all information on the house and surrounding area readily available as well as instant communication on any queries we had.

We had a lovely stay in this house. Aline & Theo were excellent hosts and we loved the area. A nice bakery nearby and also a very good restaurant (Le Patio) in walking distance. But for grocery shopping a car is necessary. The beds are good and the kitchen well equipped. Pool area is great and regularly cleaned.
