The host welcomed us personally and gave us the tour of the house. He provided information about everything and was very hospitable and kind. Host's local knowledge was also useful and he made sure we had everything we needed. Wine and cheese on arrival was also appreciated :) The house was spacious and felt more like a home than an Airbnb or holiday rental, which was really nice. We had a child and two babies and the place had cots and high chairs and a bunch of beach toys and pool inflatables, which was fun. There were plenty of towels and linen and everyone was comfortable. The house is well located for exploring Mallorca. Valdemossa is a short drive away. Palma city and all major supermarkets are even closer, so it's very convenient. The setting is beautiful and the place feels secluded compared to some holiday rentals closer to Palma. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic and great for evening BBQs and having dinner outside. We just needed some mosquito coils, which we got in Esporles.

The kitchen was well equipped but it was a little bit small for 11 adults, and it was a little bit dark. It could do with brighter lighting. But it had everything we needed and we managed fine, so not really a huge issue. I would also suggest having an extra laundry line somewhere a little more sunny. The laundry line currently is in a shaded area and is fine if you're only there for a few days but if staying for a week with kids/babies, the clothes could take a bit longer to dry during cooler/wetter seasons. I would say that's not an issue during hot summer days.

Beautiful villa and such a lovely family that own it. Location was amazing and so peaceful.

The house and garden were really great ! We liked the atmosphere of the house, the scenery and the facilities. The location is perfect, it's quiet, relaxed, but close enough to the city and beaches. We like to thank the host for the nice and friendly welcome, for sure we will try to go back there !
