close to the beach, very friendly staff, free private pool, people at the counter were really helpful at all times even at night. for this price this is pretty much the best you can get

there could be more supplies in the kitchen, for example sharper knives and sponges and so on, but in general it was great for a short trip

Cleanliness

We really loved this hotel. The apartment was clean and equipped with a nice little kitchen and dining table, they supplied washing up liquid and a sponge which was a nice touch as we’ve had to buy it on previous holidays. The location was within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants and 10mins roughly to the beach. At night it was really quiet, the rooms seem sound proofed because while we were in our room reading with the patio door closed, it even blocked out all noise from the pool. The pool bar does a good breakfast at affordable prices with lovely staff. The staff at reception were really helpful, ordered us taxis and helped us plan day trips. For cat lovers, there are a few hotel cats that look healthy and cared for by the hotel! This always makes a holiday feel more like a home to us ❤️ (if you’re not a cat lover, you’ll likely not notice them). Overall I really couldn’t fault the place!

Everything was great. Location wise, we preferred the old town and the port and found Alcudia beach area a little tacky but this isn’t a reflection on the hotel as it’s a great location that makes it easy to visit other areas as the busses and taxi run smoothly. If you’re a couple without children, be prepared that Alcudia beach area is full of family’s, at one point we counted 20 push chairs walking down the main strip 🤣

It was affordable, with a complete kitchen, an apartment actually. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

It's in an area full of tourist traps and huge hotels, with very few things to do for a traveller looking for authentic experiences. The apartment itself is separated from the other apartment/room by a shabby door which can be easily open and which was clearly forced before. The AC didn't work so I had to get a loud mobile AC up in the room. The room is noisy, you can hear everything from the other apartment.
