Feel right at home from the very first moment! A beautiful, light-filled villa for 2 to 7 people, just 150 meters from the sea, with a pool and barbecue facilities, is available for rent. Wonderfully situated between the historic centers of Alcudia and Pollença, this house is the perfect starting point for hikes and bike rides.
A beautiful, light-filled, spacious villa with over 180 square meters of living space (3 spacious bedrooms), a fenced-in private garden, and a private pool. Here you’ll find both sunny and shaded spots, as well as a covered outdoor dining area with sun sails and a ceiling fan. On the rooftop terrace, a heated hot tub and a double sun lounger await you!
The vacation home is just 150 meters from the ocean and 1.2 km from Alcudia’s Old Town. The stunning Muro Beach is just a few minutes away by car.
Since summer 2021, we’ve been renting out this dream home, which features air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, oil-fired central heating, and a fireplace!
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen await you! Plus, there are 2 rooftop terraces, 1 covered terrace on the first floor, and a heated outdoor shower. Enjoy your vacation in a unique home with a wonderful atmosphere. You’ve earned it!
Of course, we also offer fast Wi-Fi (measured at 307 Mbps download and 303 Mbps upload!) and a brick barbecue in the garden for cozy evenings spent sitting outside and grilling.
Even the bus stop is only about 100 meters away and takes you to Palma, Alcudia, Port de Soller, Cap Formentor, and more! The nearest restaurant is 300 meters away.
The rental price includes electricity, internet, water, sewage, trash collection, sustainable tourism tax, pool maintenance, garden maintenance, final cleaning, fresh towels, fresh bed linens, security service, and a welcome package.
