Cabot Tres Torres Apartamentos

We spend a small week at the hotel during off season. The hotel was clean, the apartment was very spacious with a separate bedroom which we really liked. There was a kitchen, refrigerator and cleaning supplies. The bathroom had everything we needed and the shower was great! There was a balcony and we could sit outside if we wanted to. The beach and supermarket were both walkable which was great. We had a very warm welcome by the security cat of the hotel en the staff was also nice.

For the price this is a great apartment, but there were some small things we noticed. The apartment is very basic and sturdy. This means the couch is not great too sit on. In the shower stall there seemed to be some mold. There are no parking spaces except for public parking. This was quite doable during off season but I can imagine it would be difficult during summer to find a parking space. The surrounding area is mostly night clubs.

Modern, comfortable, clean spacious apartment with everything you need. Nice view. Close to the sea. Clear and understandable directions to check in even when reception was closed due to the season.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great. Just 3 mins away from the beach, 5 mins from the supermarket Mercadona, and many restaurants just around the place. Rooms were big. A/C worked great. They had a fridge and some kitchen utensils. They had a nice, moderately sized pool.

Unfortunately there was No kitchen towel or drying rack for the plates in the kitchen. No cutting board. It was also unfortunate that you could only use the pool until 8pm even in summer where the sun sets at 9pm. When taking a shower the floor got quite flooded and there is no drainage. Its obvious that it happened a lot of times in our room before because the wooden bathroom door got quite moldy from the previous guests already. Even though we hanged the sign on the door that our room „needed some love and cleaning“ no one came to the room. We didn’t say anything and just tried for 2 days. Still no one came. Which was not such a big problem so we just let it be. We just tidied it ourselves in our 5-day stay.
