Cabot Tres Torres Apartamentos

We had an enjoyable stay overall. The location is excellent – the beach is only a short walk away, there is a Mercadona supermarket nearby, and the surrounding area with the sea views and hotels is beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important during the hot weather. Our apartment comfortably accommodated four people, and everyone had their own bed.

However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The biggest surprise was an additional charge at check-in because the hotel received our Booking.com reservation as only two adults, even though I booked for two adults and two children and entered the children’s ages during the reservation. It seems this was a Booking.com synchronization issue rather than the hotel’s fault, but it created unnecessary stress at the beginning of our holiday. Housekeeping was only provided every two days. We would have appreciated daily trash removal, fresh towels and a quick floor cleaning, especially during the summer. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor every time it was used, and there were quite a lot of ants inside the apartment.

We spend a small week at the hotel during off season. The hotel was clean, the apartment was very spacious with a separate bedroom which we really liked. There was a kitchen, refrigerator and cleaning supplies. The bathroom had everything we needed and the shower was great! There was a balcony and we could sit outside if we wanted to. The beach and supermarket were both walkable which was great. We had a very warm welcome by the security cat of the hotel en the staff was also nice.

For the price this is a great apartment, but there were some small things we noticed. The apartment is very basic and sturdy. This means the couch is not great too sit on. In the shower stall there seemed to be some mold. There are no parking spaces except for public parking. This was quite doable during off season but I can imagine it would be difficult during summer to find a parking space. The surrounding area is mostly night clubs.

Modern, comfortable, clean spacious apartment with everything you need. Nice view. Close to the sea. Clear and understandable directions to check in even when reception was closed due to the season.
