The windows, which vary in size and shape, contribute to the originality of the enchanting ambience. One of the rooms even resembles a chapel with its colourful stained glass window in the ceiling. You can meditate here in the morning, for example, to start the day in a balanced and cheerful mood. The layout of the rooms is very quaint, with the two bedrooms accessed via winding corridors. Each of them has its own bathroom and the small third bedroom is the perfect place for the children to spend time. The natural stone wall elements in the house create a cosy castle atmosphere, which also conveys modernity thanks to the white colour tones and the friendly lighting concept. You will feel fresh in the morning when you leave the property. The road can be reached quickly, which may result in audible driving noise depending on the wind direction. You are not much more than 10 minutes from Llucmajor, where the lively Placa d'Espana offers a colourful mix of cafés, restaurants and bars. There is a market here twice a week, where you can stock up on fresh vegetables, especially on Fridays. For a shopping spree, we also recommend the 20-minute drive to the vibrant island capital of Palma, which impresses with its diverse cultural offerings. Golf enthusiasts will get their money's worth at the Son Antem golf course, 1 km away. After a half-hour drive, you will find yourself in front of the paradisiacal natural sandy beach of Es Trenc. The journey to the Tramuntana mountains, which are ideal for hiking, takes about the same amount of time.
