The Italian-inspired villa "Sa Canova" rises like a palazzo on a 14,000 m² park-like private slope and offers a magnificent view of the Mallorcan countryside and the Tramuntana mountains.
The gardens offer plenty of space and privacy with manicured lawns, olive trees and an infinity pool with a Roman entrance. The sun-drenched terraces are accessed via a spacious external staircase. Relax on the sun loungers before gathering with family and friends around the table for a pleasant barbecue.
Inside, there are two modern, fully equipped kitchens and two cosy living areas with fireplaces. The magnificent entrance hall with gallery staircase connects the rooms. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a panoramic roof terrace and two master bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
The finca estate "Sa Canova" is located on the north coast, on the edge of the village of Ariany. Supermarkets and weekly markets, bars, restaurants and wine cellars can be found in the nearby villages of Santa Margalida and Petra or Sineu, which is only 12 km away. The popular beaches of Badia d'Alcúdia are only about 16 km away, while Pollença is a great starting point for a hiking or cycling tour.
