Everything met our expectations. The apartment is located close to a beautiful beach in a quiet, uncrowded area. There were not many tourists in the surroundings, but there were still several nice restaurants nearby.
The host was very friendly, helpful, and always available. The apartment was clean, and the complimentary bed linen and towel change service was greatly appreciated.
The beds were comfortable, but they were actually two single beds pushed together. It's best not to sleep in the middle, as you could slip into the gap.
The ventilation system from the nearby hotel was quite noisy. However, after a few days, we got used to the sound and hardly noticed it anymore.

Everything, it had all facilities that we needed, it was really clean, easy check in and check out, really really good overall. Could find parking on the street quite easily most days, but they also provide private parking now for an extra fee if required from what I understood. Close to the Can Picafort beach and walking distance to center.
We liked everything, but if I were to find something that could be ‘improved’ let’s say, and this is just a personal preference, I would like the bed mattresses to be a bit firmer, as they were too soft in my opinion. Maybe a topper could be added or something.

Everything - the place, the customer service, the localization, equipment, the standard of the room - was excellent.
Just one thing, but it's a "sitter" - the swimming pool is rather a "tiny one" - just to cool yourself, not to swim a lot or have some fun.

Nice facilities: apartment, gym, etc.
Loud music from the hotel next door until 11pm. Not very friendly staff. Room wasn’t really cleaned during our stay. Kitchen equipment was partly old and not so easy to cook with.
