The villa was well presented and clean. The two bathrooms have recently been updated and are clean and modern (not reflected in photos). It is spacious and comfortable and was well equipped for cooking. The location is brilliant for walking to the beach, local shops and restaurants and there is a Lidl 5 minutes up the road for shopping. The can picafort train can be accessed nearby also.
We had an issue with hot water and the pool being cloudy however when raised with the owner they were very responsive and attended.

Great location and perfect size for our family. The garden and pool got lots of sunshine. It was 5 mins walk to the sea and another 5 minutes to the beach. The villa was traditional and had a charming local feel to it.
Better water pressure in the shower and sometimes at weekends parking was difficult.
