It was a good location. Great space, kitchen laundry room. Good size bedrooms. Nice outdoor space. It was close to shops and restaurants and the beach. We had breakfast outside and a BBQ one evening.
The top floor was inhabitable. It was so hot up there. There were two fans in the room but they just swirled around the hot air. It was close to 50 degrees in the room. The reason I booked the house was for three bedrooms. I have two children six years apart and don't get on and have different bed time routines. There was air conditioning in the lounge and first floor hallway. But none on the top floor. If the top floor had air conditioning it would have been a perfect home. And probably one we would love to return to.
