This ground floor apartment in Can Picafort is the perfect place for families who want to spend their holiday by the sea. It sleeps 6 people.
The house has two terraces where you can enjoy the island’s lovely weather, organise outdoor dinners and prepare a delicious barbecue. In addition, in the patio you will find a bathroom with a shower, very practical for extra comfort during your stay. These are ideal spaces to relax, share moments together and make the most of the pleasant Mediterranean breeze.
Inside, the living room offers a comfortable sofa where you can watch TV or enjoy a good book while the cool air from the street and the sea breeze drift in. The induction kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms: one with two single beds and two with a double bed. A bathroom with a shower completes your stay. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and, for added comfort, standing fans are also available.
The location of the accommodation is perfect because everything you need is within walking distance: the sandy beach, plenty of restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy, shops and a supermarket. The bus runs every 15 minutes towards the town of Alcúdia, Port de Pollença or other destinations, such as Palma. The sandy beach is just a few metres from the door of the accommodation; you only need to walk down the street. This beach is perfect for small children, as it is not very deep and has little surf. By car, you can easily reach many other beaches: Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina, Port d’Alcúdia or Port de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobbled streets, is well worth a visit. Explore the squares, the church and the walls surrounding the town. Inside, you will find plenty of bars and good restaurants, perfect for stopping for a while. Tuesdays and Saturdays are market days in Alcúdia, when the town becomes lively and full of atmosphere. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins of Pollentia.

Wenn man in der nähe vom Strand und dem nachtleben sein will, kann ich die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

This was not the ground-floor flat shown in the pictures but just as nice and better in that it had a balcony with a big table and a sea view. Plenty of space for five of us, well-equipped and close to the beach. Nice in May when there were no crowds.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Der Strand ist nah. Die Restaurants und Geschäfte sind um eine oder zwei Straßeecken entfernt, trotzdem ist es eher ruhig gelegen. Nur wenn es Musik am benachbarten Hotelpool gibt, wird es etwas lauter. Dort war aber selten nach 20 Uhr noch Betrieb. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Toaster, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, eine Dolce-Gusto-Maschine, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Herd mit Backofen und einen Geschirrspüler. Außerdem gibt es ein kleines Bügeleisen und eine Waschmaschine. Der Fernseher führt alle gängigen deutschen Programme, andersprachige haben wir nicht gesucht.
