The condo was very clean, kitchen well equipped, and furniture comfortable. We truly enjoyed the balcony ocean view which was peaceful and the best part. Do not book if you plan to use the grill because it doesn’t work. Reached out to customer service but maintenance never came out to fix it. Also, bedroom needs some black out blinds because the light from the hallway is very bright. We had to use towels to cover the window.

We absolutely loved this condo & the building. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The elevators were very quick and the beach was easy to access. We really like that the smaller building size meant less crowds on the beach. My only suggestion is to add some curtains (possibly blackout) to the bedroom. The sun came in nicely but wasn’t good for sleeping in! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect!! It was a super easy check in and the view was amazing. Using the elevators was super easy and everything was super clean when we got there!!

the location was good
check-in was easy
Cons: type of unit was not aligned with the type of unit
maintenance needs needed to be addressed
lots of dust under the bed
unknown liquid left in plastic bottle on the bunk bed
pictures of problems with unit were submitted to
property management but problems were not fixed
