The bunk bedroom is small (no closet)
No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini vehicles, boats, or trailers allowed on the property
Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location is great, very spacious with great views of the ocean. My only complaint would be the dryer took forever to dry a load. As far as the building itself, it’s nice but definitely needs more elevators.

This Condo was very Clean and the Balcony was great!

Last time we stayed in this unit the dishwasher did not work. This time the coffee pot is still missing stopper for coffee grounds, one of the towels had grease stain or something on it (though it was clean). Curtain in master is messed up.
