Overlooking the sugar white sand and emerald waters, Sterling Breeze unit 602, Lower 6th floor, offers a well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker, 60' LED Smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar with sub, PS3/Blue Ray Gaming System, HD Cable - with HBO, High Speed Internet, washer / dryer, luxurious linens, private balcony with breathtaking views. Sterling Breeze is the only building equipped with a grill on each balcony.
Forget about having to buy and bring your own beach chairs. Included with the rental, two beach chairs with umbrella to use each day of your stay. Beach Service Included March 1st to Oct. 31. We also have a closet full of extras. We have extra back pack chairs, some beach toys for the little ones, beach mats, a cooler for you to take drinks to the beach and also a heavy duty beach cart to carry all your belongings!
Avoid the hassle of 'check in' by going directly to your condo upon arrival. The keyless door entry system also allows you to enter your own personal access code.
This two bedroom, two bath with bunkroom is located directly on the beach with panoramic views of the gulf.
Relax and enjoy the morning out on the balcony experiencing the beautiful views while you have your morning coffee. If you need to exercise, step into the on site fitness center which overlooks the beach. Elevators were fast, walk out to the beach with no problem. There are 2 sets of steps to get out to the beach if you have any mobility issues. Great communications with the owner of the condo no issues whatsoever. Would gladly rent again.

Great stay! The condo was nice with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay! Beautiful view from the 6th floor and great location in PCB.
