This condo is beautiful, clean, and comfortable! We enjoyed having our own grill on the balcony and the beach chair setup everyday. With 7 people on our trip, we had plenty of room and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. All staff members we encountered at Sterling Breeze were very kind and pleasant as well. The experience and communication with Vacasa from start to finish was seamless and exceptional. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was awesome! It was clean, spacious, had a great view, we enjoyed having a grill and washer and dryer. Some numbers on the oven did not work and the washer and dryer combo felt like it took forever to dry. Other than that, I highly recommend this unit! We will definitely be staying there again!

Love Sterling, the location, the pool, the hot tub and having a grill on balcony. Being able to walk to Pier Park is a huge plus.

The condo very nice, lots of space, up to date. The big balcony was the best! However, shortly after we checked in the access code would not work to allow us in to the condo. We reached out several times for assistance before we were able to find a solution to the problem. After we received several new codes and talked to a dozen different staff members, they discovered the problem was the keypad itself and it needed to be fixed. It wasn't until around 1am when the problem was resolved. THEN, the next evening.. the power went out at the entire facility which caused a breaker to be flipped in our unit. All the lights and outlets in the bedrooms wouldn't work. We reached out to Vacasa staff several times with no resolution. on site staff were unable to help. the breaker box was not accessible to us. So, we spent the remainder of our trip without power to the bedrooms. Again, the condo itself was great but highly disappointed in lake of attentiveness of staff.
