Over all nice place. Bed room is not on the beach side but the street side instead.

We had the grossest stains on our carpets, ones that you can tell no one attended to. I took photos because it was unreal. The walls are disgusting and it could use a fresh coat of paint, in the worst way possible. We went on a Sunday and it took 35 minutes to get up the elevator to our room with our stuff. When leaving the beach to check out it took the elevator 14 minutes before it got us. I will say we stayed at another VRBO and we enjoyed the beach here much more. The bathrooms were much cleaner and we enjoyed the spot for the ocean. but these rooms need some serious TLC.
