This condo is beautiful! So comfortable, felt like home. The view is incredible. Located directly above the pool, large balcony, etc. We appreciated the updated appliances, bakeware, etc. The pans could use replacing however and really not much to work with regarding the grill.If the owner would be so kind I would love to know the brand of sofa/sectional! I don't think I've ever sat/napped on something so supportive! And the totally removable and washable upholstery are amazing! Please tell me the brand! The updated flooring was installed perfectly, the paint was perfect! Nicely done!My biggest issue was the poor communication between the condo association, RealJoy and VRBO. There was a mix up with the posting regarding the beach chair service and they did try to resolve the issue but not until day 5 of 7 and that really stunk as I needed a good seat on the beach due to severe back and mobility issues. That was one of my deciding features when choosing this unit...to clarify...they are NOT included! I hope they have corrected this detail. The fact that we had to walk back and forth so many times was very hard for me. Even being told to see another employee at the end of 'the breezeway' only to find she was on her lunch break and we had to go back again. No front desk service, you cannot unload at the front door, you need to walk...back and forth...horrible! Luggage carts? Yeah, first we only saw grocery carriages...that's not good enough.

Beautiful place friendly staff wonderful view of the ocean for sure! We experienced just a couple annoyances which was getting whiffs of Marijuana several times throughout our stay which chased us back inside our unit.

Cleanliness was poor. Issue with ice maker in the beginning. Furniture especially sectional and chairs were old and not nice. Blinds in front bedrooms let in too much light at night.
