Also on-site is a fantastic Snack Bar/Grill that offers some delicious food and beverages. You will also be a short walk away from Pier Park, giving you plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other attractions to choose from!

Beautiful accommodation !! Vey clean and comfortable. We are timeshare owners for PCRC ( next door) which is under renovation. There were multiple rooms rented by many of our friends. Would definately recommend !!!!

My day was very nice. I was very pleased with how the place was clean. I was upset that there was no working grill because in the package it said there was a grill that we can use on the patio but when we got there, it was out of order so that was a big inconvenience but other than that, it was a very nice day. Check in was a bit difficult being that we got there a little later than we originally was supposed to due to traffic, but by the time we arrived, it was around 7 o’clock and nobody was answering the phone so we was unable to check in for a long period of time Until we got a hold of somebody with the information. I had emailed the place a day before arriving asking for the information nobody responded and then by time somebody did respond, they still didn’t give me the information so I was left with no information by the time I got there I couldn’t get a hold of anybody And was left sitting there looking stupid for a long period of time with my family, but after that, everything was all good. The place is beautiful and I guarantee the next people will love it

Great location and within a 10 min walking distance to Pier Park. The beach was great. We brought beach umbrellas and didn't realize we could have brought our 10x10 tent and just lowered the legs. Would have made setup so much easier. The gift shop had many items for the beach but expect to pay more for the convenience. The unit was clean and very up to date. Note that if you have a teenager over 100lbs, they don't allow them to sleep on the top bunk so this unit is good for 5 adults and a child under 100 lbs.

THE UNIT WAS CLEAN AT CHECK-IN. WE WENT TO WASH THE FLOOR AND THE SUPPLIED MOP WAS FALLING APART. NO OPERATING CAN OPENER, RUG FILTHY, SOFA STAINED, FURNITURE GENERALLY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE EAST (LEFT SIDE) OF THE ENTRANCE HALL NEEDS PAINT. NO BEDSIDE TABLE IN B.R. PANTRY LOCKED, REDUCING FOOD STORAGE. INTERNET SLOW AND SPOTTY. LOST NETFLIX AND AMAZON PRIME DURING OUR STAY. ONLY TWO SMALL PLATES, ONE OF WHICH WAS CHIPPED. NO DISH CLOTHES.THIS STAY COST $3284.18 US $ FOR 34 NIGHTS ($96.59 PER NIGHT). INTERESTINGLY, YOUR QUOTED COST FOR JAN1-FEB 28/25 (58 NIGHTS) IS $6485.95 OR $111.83 PER NIGHT. HEFTY INCREASE! (ABOUT 15.7%)NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WON'T RETURN
